高血压患者血清胱抑素C升高的危险因素分析

【摘要】Objective In order to describe the rate of Cystatin C and analyze the risk factors of it in hypertension patients in Dahua community, Baoshan Direction of Shanghai.Methods 151 cases of the hypertension patients with kidney damage were randomly selected in community management, testing blood pressure, BMI, UMA, blood glucose, blood lipids and Cystatin C, etc. Compare the results with other research.Results 151 hypertension patients with kidney damage were interviewed and tested. Survey results showed that in 151 cases of patients with high blood pressure, abnormal CysC cases are 111.62 cases of male(88.6%), 49 cases(60.5%) of women which were significantly lower than
women(P<0.05). Along with the age increase, the CysC rise rate also increased. Logistic analysis showed that age, male, smoking, long duration and poor treatment effect, high blood uric acid and creatinine are risk factors for CysC.ConclusionCommunity hypertension management of patients with early renal damage ratio is higher, to early detection and to improve its risk factors.%目的：探讨社区高血压患者的血清胱抑素C的异常率并分析其危险因素。

方法随机抽取社区规范管理的151例高血压早期肾损害的患者，检测血压、体重指数、尿微量白蛋白、血糖、血脂和血清胱抑素C的水平，
并与其他研究结果进行比较分析。

结果151例高血压早期肾损害的患者中血清胱
抑素C升高的例数为111例，男62例（88.6%），女49例（60.5%），男性明显高于女性（P＜0.05）。

多因素Logistic回归分析显示：年龄增长、男性、吸烟、病程长、治疗效果差、血尿酸高、肌酐高是血清胱抑素C升高的危险因素。

结论
社区高血压管理的患者肾脏早期损害的比例较高，要早期进行检测并改善其危险因素。
