怎样缓解毕业压力英语作文
Oh, graduation is coming and there's so much pressure! But here are some things that might help.
First, we can talk to our friends and family. They can give us big hugs and tell us it'll be okay. We can share our feelings and they will understand.
We can also do fun things to relax. Like playing our favorite games or reading our favorite books. It takes our mind off the pressure for a while.
Listening to music is great too. We can put on our favorite songs and dance around. That makes us feel happy.
Going outside and breathing fresh air is important. We can run around in the park or just sit and look at the sky.
We should also try not to think too much about all the scary things that might happen after graduation. Just focus on the now and have fun.
And don't forget to take deep breaths when we feel stressed. It really helps to calm us down.
Even though graduation is a little scary, we can find ways to make it less stressful. I'm going to try these things and hope they work!。
