【摘要】Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of mirtazapine combined with conventional antipsychotic drugs in the treatment of negative symptoms of schizophrenia.Methods 100 patients with schizophrenia were divided into two groups, the control group and the experimental group was 50 cases, the control group with conventional antipsychotic risperidone in the treatment of patients in the experimental group, patients in the experimental group were taken mitrazapine with risperidone.Results After 10 weeks of treatment, the negative molecular scale total score, the patients in the experimental group were better than those of the control group (P< 0.05), in terms of the total effective clinical treatment, the experimental group was higher than control group (P < 0.05), the incidence of adverse reactions in two groups of patients, the difference was not statistically signiifcant (P > 0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of negative symptoms of schizophrenia, has signiifcant clinical effcacy of mirtazapine combined with conventional antipsychotic drugs, and low incidence of adverse reactions.%目的：探索米氮平联合常规抗精神病药物治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的疗效与安全性。

方法随机将100例精神分裂症患
者分成两组，对照组和实验组均为50例，对照组患者选择常规抗精神病药物利培酮治疗，实验组患者则选择米氮平联合利培酮治疗。

结果治疗后第10周，实验组患者的量表总评分、阴性分子分均优于对照组患者（P＜0.05）；在临床治疗总有效率方面，实验组高于对照组（P＜0.05）；在不良反应发生率方面，两组患者比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。

结论在对精神分裂症阴性症状进行治疗时，米氮平联合常规抗精神病药物治疗具有比较显著的临床疗效，而且不良反应发生率低。
