【摘要】1933年美苏建交是国际关系史中的重大事件。

美苏之所以能够实现建交，与美苏各自的经济需求以及德日法西斯兴起导致的美苏安全层面互需的强化有着极大的关系，还与美苏各自国内政治运作有着相关性。

美苏建交产生了深刻和广泛的影响，对于各自经济的发展以及战略安全的保障起着重要作用。

美苏建交还开启了美苏关系的新时代，为之后美苏两个洲际性大国的博弈奠定了基础。

%It’s a great event in the history of international relations that The United States and the Soviet Union established diplomatic ties in 1933.Many factors contributed to this happening,including their respective economic demand,security problem due to German and Japanese fascist rise, and their respective domestic political operation. The establishment of diplomatic relations between the United States and the Soviet Union had
an extensive and profound influence, in particular for the development of their respective economic and strategic security.Also,the new relationship ushered in a new era of us Soviet relations, which laid the foundation for big game between the two intercontinental countries.
