Act of Kindness in Tanzania
A young man in Tanzania, Alex Borges, has won the hearts of many people worldwide for his act of kindness towards his friend, a street child named Mwigulu Matonange. Mwigulu was attacked by criminals with machetes(大砍knife) and lost his right arm. The attack was not random—Mwigulu was kidnapped because he was an albino, and criminals use organs of people with albinism in witchcraft(巫术).
Mwigulu’s sto ry was featured in a documentary, In The Shadow Of The Sun, by filmmaker Harry Freeland. Borges, who was in the audience, was so moved by the story that he decided to help.
