【摘要】Objective To investigate the reason,treatment and prevention of uterine artery embolization in treatment of obstetrics and gynecology benign diseases of urinary system injury.Methods From March 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital,for treatment of 540 patients with gynecological benign diseases as the research object. Comparing the data of diagnosis and treatment of patients,from micro catheter,vascular anatomy and image analysis to analyze the cause of the patients after treatment of urinary system injury.ResultsIn the treatment of 540 patients with gynecological benign diseases,patients with mild urinary system injury was nine, moderate damage was three. There were 12 patients with uterine artery embolization,and did not use micro catheter in the operation. It was concluded that the uterine artery embolization in treatment of obstetrics and gynecology benign disease caused urinary system injury was the main reason of the bladder or ureter branch.Conclusion Uterine artery embolization in treatment of obstetrics and gynecology patients with benign disease may lead to urinary system in different degree of damage. The clinical treatment should take relevant measures to prevent the
occurrence of such damage.%目的：探讨子宫动脉栓塞治疗妇产科良性疾病引起泌尿系统损伤的原因、治疗以及预防。

方法选取自2014年3月～2015年3月在我院进行治疗的540名妇产科良性疾病患者作为研究对象，通过对比观察患者的诊治资料，从微导管、血管的解剖及影像等方面进行分析，剖析患者经过治疗后泌尿系统发生损伤的原因。

结果在540名妇产科良性疾病患者的治疗资料中，引起泌尿系统轻度损伤的有9名，中度损伤的有3名，这12名患者均采用子宫动脉栓塞治疗，在手术中并未使用微导管，得出了子宫动脉栓塞治疗妇产科良性疾病引起泌尿系统损伤的主要原因是膀胱支或输尿管支。

讨论子宫动脉栓塞治疗妇产科良性疾病时可能会引发患者泌尿系统在不同程度上的损伤。

因此，在临床治疗中，要采取相关的措施避免此类损伤的出现。
