Have you ever wondered why our planet goes through different seasons? Well, it's all because of the way the Earth moves around the Sun! Let me tell you about each of the four seasons and what makes them so special.
Spring
Spring is one of my favorite seasons! After a long, cold winter, it's so refreshing to see the world come alive again. The first signs of spring are the little green buds that start to appear on the trees and the colorful flowers that pop up from the ground. My favorite spring flower is the daffodil because it's so bright and cheerful.
During spring, the weather gets warmer, and the days become longer. It's the perfect time to go outside and play without having to bundle up in heavy coats and scarves. Sometimes, it rains a lot in spring, which can be annoying when
you want to go out and play. But the rain also helps the plants grow and keeps everything nice and green.
One of the best things about spring is that all the baby animals are born! You can see tiny lambs, calves, and chicks running around in the fields and farms. It's so cute to watch them playing and exploring their new world.
Summer
Summer is the hottest season of the year, and it's also the time when school is out! That means no homework, no early mornings, and lots of free time to play and have fun. My friends and I love going to the pool or the beach to swim and soak up the sun.

Winter (冬天)
Winter is the coldest season when everything is covered in white, glistening snow. Kids can't wait for snow days so they can go sledding, build snowmen, and have intense snowball fights. During winter break from school, we can stay inside drinking hot chocolate and watching holiday movies. Some fun winter activities are ice skating, skiing, and snowboarding. Though winter is very chilly, it has its own special magic and beauty. Seeing snowflakes slowly drifting down is mesmerizing. The world looks so peaceful blanketed in fresh, clean snow. Winter is a wonderful time to cozy up inside and make warm memories with loved ones.
