四年级英语总结
Four years have passed since I started learning English in primary school. Looking back, I have gained a lot in four years' time. I am going to share my English learning experience with you.
In the first year, I learned the basics of English. I started with learning the alphabet and phonics. I practiced pronunciation by repeating after the teacher and listening to English songs. It was challenging at first, but I gradually got the hang of it. I also learned some simple words and phrases, such as "hello," "goodbye," and "thank you." I enjoyed using these English greetings in daily life.
In the second year, I focused on expanding my vocabulary. I learned new words by reading English stories and textbooks. I also practiced writing sentences using these words. I found it fascinating to discover new words and their meanings. I started to understand English texts better and became more confident in expressing myself in English.
In the third year, I started learning grammar rules. It was a bit challenging to understand all the grammar tenses and rules at first. But with practice and the guidance of my teacher, I gradually grasped the different grammar structures. I paid attention to using the correct tenses and sentence structures in my writing and speaking. This made my English more accurate and fluent.
In the fourth year, I focused on improving my listening and speaking skills. I listened to English podcasts, watched English movies, and joined English speaking clubs. I practiced speaking in front of the mirror and with my classmates. I found that the more I
practiced, the better my listening and speaking skills became. I also learned to understand different accents and intonations.
Throughout these four years, I have learned that English is not just a subject to study, but a language to use and enjoy. I have made friends from different countries and cultures through English. It has opened up a whole new world for me.
I have also learned that perseverance is the key to success in learning English. There were times when I felt frustrated and wanted to give up. But I kept reminding myself that every step forward counts. I kept practicing and never gave up. And now, I can communicate in English confidently.
