英语作文我最喜欢的电影超级英雄
My Favorite Superhero Movie
Have you ever watched a movie and felt like the superhero on the screen was your best friend? That's how I feel about Spider-Man! Spider-Man is absolutely my favorite superhero and the Spider-Man movies are the best movies ever in my opinion. I've seen all of them like a million times.
The first Spider-Man movie came out in 2002 and it's still amazing even though it's pretty old now. Tobey Maguire plays Peter Parker, who is just a normal high school nerd until he gets bitten by a radioactive spider! After that, he starts getting all these crazy spider powers like climbing up walls, shooting webs from his wrist, and having super strength. It's so cool!
At first, Peter has no idea what's going on with his new abilities. There's this funny scene where he accidentally breaks a bunch of stuff in his aunt and uncle's house because he doesn't know his own strength. But once he gets the hang of his powers, he decides to use them to help people as the masked superhero Spider-Man. His first big challenge is stopping the Green Goblin, who is honestly one of the creepiest and most disturbing villains
I've ever seen in a movie. That villain still gives me nightmares sometimes!
What I love about the original Spider-Man is how it perfectly captures the spirit of being an awkward teenager. Peter has a huge crush on his next door neighbor Mary Jane, but he can never get the courage to talk to her. He struggles with being bullied at school and having annoying flat-tires at home with his aunt and uncle. But as Spider-Man, he's suddenly strong, brave, and gets to save the day. It's an awesome fantasy that every kid can relate to.
My second favorite Spider-Man movie is Spider-Man 2 from 2004. This time, Peter is in college and struggling with being broke, keeping his superhero identity a secret, and dealing with a new villain called Doctor Octopus (or Doc Ock for short). What's really cool about Doctor Octopus is that he starts out as a good guy. He's this brilliant scientist who wants to create an amazing new source of renewable energy. But then there's a freak accident that leaves him with four gigantic mechanical arms grafted onto his body that he can't control. The arms take on a mind of their own and make him go crazy and become a villain! It's such a creative and unique bad guy.
The action scenes between Spider-Man and Doc Ock are unbelievable. There's this one sequence on a runaway train where they're battling it out while the train is about to go off the tracks. Spider-Man has to use every ounce of his power to stop the train and rescue all the innocent passengers. I'm serious, I was on the edge of my seat the whole time! I've probably watched that train scene like a hundred times.
But more than just the awesome action, Spider-Man 2 has a lot of heart too. Peter goes through a really hard time where he wants to give up being Spider-Man because it's ruining his regular life. He pushes away his best friend, loses his job, and even loses his powers for a while. As a kid, I remember feeling his struggle so intensely. We've all had times where we just want to quit the hard things in our lives, even if they're important to us. That's what makes his comeback at the end so inspiring and motivating. Watching him regain his powers and his courage is simply the best.
While those first two Spider-Man movies were excellent, my absolute favorite has to be Spider-Man: Into the Spiderverse from 2018. This movie completely blew my mind! First off, the animation style is unlike anything I've ever seen before. It has this crazy, cutting-edge 3D animation, but then it's combined
with classic hand-drawn 2D animation too. The art jumps off the screen and gives you a cinematic experience that no other superhero movie can match.
Into the Spiderverse introduces a brand new Spider-Man character named Miles Morales. He's a young Black / Latino teenager who gets bitten by a radioactive spider and develops weird powers, just like Peter Parker. But here's the really crazy thing – Miles soon discovers that there are multiple different dimensions, and in each one, there's a different version of Spider-Man! So Miles ends up teaming up with alternate universe Spider-people like Spider-Gwen, Spider-Ham (who is literally a pig), Spider-Man Noir, and even an older, out-of-shape Peter Parker. It's downright insane in the best way possible.
Their mission is to stop Kingpin, who is trying to use a powerful machine to bring his deceased wife back to life by opening up a hole between dimensions. This puts the entire multiverse at risk of being destroyed! Watching all these different Spider-heroes work together using their unique skills and powers is pure comic book bliss. The movie is action-packed, heartfelt, and frequently hilarious. I can't do it justice with just my description – you simply have to experience the visuals and storytelling for yourself.
What I love most about Into the Spiderverse though is how it celebrates the idea that anyone can be a hero, no matter who you are or what you look like. Miles is such an inspirational lead character as he struggles with self-doubt but ultimately embraces his destiny as the new Spider-Man. By the end, you're cheering him on to take up that iconic mantle. The movie promoted the message of representation and diversity in such a cool, powerful way that every kid could walk away feeling like a superhero themselves.
Between the breathtaking animation, the clever humor, the heartwarming emotions, and the flat-out bonkers premise of a "Spider-Verse", Into the Spiderverse is a masterpiece in every sense of the word. I must have watched it twenty times by now and I'm still not tired of it! Anytime I'm having a rough day, I'll just throw it on and feel completely transported into Miles Morales' crazy Spider-world. For the ultimate wish-fulfilment fantasy of being a superhero, you cannot beat Spider-Man: Into the Spiderverse. Here's hoping they make a sequel someday!
So those are my three favorite Spider-Man movies –the original from 2002 for the nostalgia, Spider-Man 2 for the epic action, and Into the Spiderverse for the mind-blowing animation and inventive premise. Writing about them makes me want to go
binge watch them all over again! What can I say, Spider-Man is simply the greatest superhero ever. With his relatability, his struggles, his determination, and his fun quips, he's every kid's dream best friend. I'll never get tired of the web-slinging adventures. Excelsior!。
