摘要：
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect an object in an object detection system for detecting an image of an object included in an image for object detection, even when the optical axis direction or angle of view of a TV camera is changed.
SOLUTION: An object detection target image visual field change detecting means detects a change in the visual field (a change in the optical axis direction or angle of view) of an image for object detection. According to the change detected by the object detection target image visual field change detecting means, a detection condition setting means sets detection conditions used in detecting an image of an object. With the detection conditions set by the detection condition setting means, an object image detecting means detects an image of an object included in the image for object detection.
