WHEREAS, the Owner desires to engage the Contractor to perform decoration works at the Owner's property, as described in this Contract; and WHEREAS, the Contractor is willing to perform such decoration works in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises contned herein, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. Scope of Work
The Contractor agrees to perform the following decoration works at the Owner's property:
(a) ___________ (Detled description of the work to be performed)
2. Payment Terms
(a) Total Contract Price: The total contract price for the work to be performed under this Contract is ___________ (Amount in Words) Dollars (USD) (the "Total Contract Price").
(b) Payment Schedule: The payment schedule for the work to be performed under this Contract is as follows:

3. Time for Completion

4. Warranty
The Contractor warrants that all work performed under this Contract will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ___________ (Number) months from the date of pletion.
5. Insurance and Indemnity
(a) Insurance: The Contractor shall mntn prehensive general liability insurance in the amount of ___________ (Amount in Words) Dollars (USD) with respect to the work performed under this Contract.
(b) Indemnity: The Contractor shall indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from and agnst any and all clms, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with the performance of the work under this Contract.
6. Termination
(a) By the Owner: The Owner may terminate this Contract at any time upon written notice to the Contractor. Upon termination, the Contractor shall cease all work and the Owner shall pay the Contractor for the work pleted and materials purchased prior to termination.
(b) By the Contractor: The Contractor may terminate this Contract upon written notice to the Owner in the event of a material breach of this Contract the Owner that is not cured within ___________ (Number) days after receipt of written notice.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be resolved arbitration in accordance with the rules of the ___________ (Name of Arbitration Association), and the decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding upon the parties.
8. Miscellaneous
