6.2 Party B shall abide the laws, regulations, and the internal rules of Party C, perform the work assigned diligently, and mntn the confidentiality of Party C's business secrets.
6.3 Party C shall provide Party B with the necessary working conditions and safety protection measures and shall give guidance and evaluation to Party B's work.
7. Termination of the Contract
7.1 This Contract may be terminated under the following circumstances:
By mutual agreement of all parties;
Upon expiration of the term of dispatch;
Due to the violation of this Contract any party;
In accordance with the law.
7.2 In case of termination of the Contract, the parties shall handle the relevant matters in accordance with the law and the provisions of this Contract.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1 Any disputes arising from the interpretation and performance of this Contract shall be resolved through friendly negotiation among the parties.
8.2 If the negotiation fls, the dispute may be submitted to the labor dispute arbitration institution or the court for settlement.
9. Other Provisions
9.1 This Contract is made in duplicate, with each party holding one copy.
