ENGLISH EMPLOYEE AGREEMENT
This English Employee Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Insert Date], by and between [Insert Company Name], a [Insert Jurisdiction of Incorporation] corporation with its principal place of business at [Insert Company Address] ("Employer"), and [Insert Employee Name], an individual residing at [Insert Employee Address] ("Employee").
1. Employment
1.1 The Employer hereby employs the Employee, and the Employee hereby accepts employment with the Employer, in the capacity of [Insert Job Title], subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
2. Term of Employment

7.1 The Employee agrees to maintain the confidentiality of
all confidential information of the Employer, and to not disclose such information to any third party without the
prior written consent of the Employer.
8. Non-Solicitation
8.1 The Employee agrees not to solicit, directly or indirectly, any customer, client, or employee of the Employer for the purpose of engaging in any business that is competitive with the business of the Employer for a period of [Insert Duration] following the termination of the Employee's employment.
9. Non-Competition
9.1 During the term of this Agreement and for a period of [Insert Duration] thereafter, the Employee agrees not to engage in any business that is competitive with the business of the Employer within [Insert Geographical Area].
10. Termination

11. Severability
