全程人文关怀对初产妇护理效果的影响

【摘要】Objective To research the influence of whole-course humanistic care on the effect of primipara nursing. Methods 270 primiparas in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2014 were divided into the observation group and the control group,135 cases in each group. The control group adopted the conventional nursing mode,while the observation group took the whole-course humanistic care nursing mode. The communication willingness of primiparas ,understanding their own situ-ation and the satisfaction on medical staff were observed in the two groups. The SPSS20.0 statistical software was adopted to con-ducting the data analysis. Results The primipara′s willingness
communication,proportion of understanding on their situation and satisfaction on nursing during hospitalization period in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group with statistical differences between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Conducting the whole-course humanism care on primiparas not only conduces to their exchange with medical personnel and strengthen the parturients to understand their own de-livery process,but also is conducive to increase the nursing satisfaction,which is worthy being promoted in
clinic.%目的：探讨全程人文关怀对初产妇护理的效果及影响。

方法将2013年9
月至2014年9月该院产科收治的270例初产妇分成观察组和对照组，各135例。

对照组采用常规护理方式，观察组采取全程人文关怀护理方式，观察两组产妇沟通的意愿，对自身情况的了解，以及对医护人员的满意度。

采用SPSS 20.0统计软
件进行数据分析。

结果观察组初产妇愿意沟通、了解自身情况的比例及产妇对于住院期间护理的满意度均明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。

结论
对初产妇进行全程人文关怀护理，不仅有助于其与医护人员交流，加强其对自己分娩过程的了解，也有助于护理满意度的提高，值得在临床推广应用。
