【摘要】目的:探讨噻托溴铵吸入剂联合金水宝胶囊治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)的临床疗效.方法:选择COPD 稳定期患者80例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例.两组患者均给予常规治疗,观察组患者在此基础上给予噻托溴铵吸入剂联合金水宝胶囊治疗,两组均以24周为1个疗程,分别记录治疗前及治疗24周后,患者急性加重次数、肺功能指标、6 min步行试验(6-minute walk test,6MWD)等指标,并以COPD评估测试(COPD assessment test,CAT)量表评价患者生活质量改善情况.结果:治疗后,观察组患者第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)占预计值的百分比和FEV1占用力肺活量的百分比均较治疗前明显升高,且上述指标改善程度明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组患者CAT量表评分降低、6 MWD增加、急性加重次数减少,与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组患者上述各项指标改善情况明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:噻托溴铵吸入剂联合金水宝胶囊治疗COPD,疗效确切,可有效改善患者肺功能及临床症状、减少急性加重次数,提高患者生活质量.%OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical efficacy of tiotropium bromide inhalant combined with Jinshuibao capsules in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD ) .METHODS: 80 patients with COPD were selected to be divided into observation group
and control group via the random number table , with 40 cases.Two groups were given conventional treatment , the observation group were additionally treated with tiotropium bromide inhalant combined with Jinshuibao capsules .Both the courses of treatment were 24 weeks. Thenumber of exacerbations , pulmonary function , six min walking distance ( 6MWD ) , the COPD assessment test (CAT) questionnaire score were recorded before treatment and after treatment of 24 weeks.RESULTS: After treatment, the FEV1%, FEV1/FVC% of observation group increased significantly compared with before treatment , and the improvement of observation group was better than that of control group , with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).After treatment, in observation group, the CAT questionnaire score decreased , 6MWD increased and the number of exacerbations decreased; compared with before treatment , the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 );and the improvement of observation group was better than that of control group , with statistically significant difference( P <0.05 ) .CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of of tiotropium bromide inhalant combined with Jinshuibao capsules in treatment of COPD is significant , which can effectively improve patients ' pulmonary function , clinical symptoms , reduce the number of exacerbations and improve the life quality .
