摘要：农药残留（Pesticide residues），是在农业生产中施用农药后一部分农药直接或间接残存于谷物、蔬菜、果品、畜产品、水产品以及土壤和水体中的现象。随着人们营养健康观念的增强，新鲜的果蔬成了人们餐桌上必不可少的食物。然而农药残留危害触目惊心。本文就农药残留的发展过程、农药残留的原因、农药残留的危害、与人体健康进行了全面的阐述。
