Project

We plan to set up a company called “Cozy Life”. The slogan of it is “we color the world”. Actually it is a management platform, the company itself does not make products, but look for products of good quality all around.

Business model : we combine the real world stores with e-commerce, which can meet different needs of consumers like online shopping and real world stores shopping at the same time .

Head: introduces ABC business operation mode, briefly describes how it works and makes a profit. And summarizes its advantages, compared with the traditional business model.

A. purchasing: select a series of unique and excellent products developed by well-known manufacturers and researchers , focus on quality, kinds, safety, etc. Strive to grasp the latest trends of market, and constantly launch new and exciting products.

B. marketing: come up with ideas for all kinds of promotion, discount, redemption activities. Including weekly special promotions, monthly new products to give discount, credit card points and exciting shopping rewards programs and so on.

C.product service: open real world stores, and be responsible for the delivery of online shopping goods from nearest distribution to the customers.

D. training: solve customers’problems, develop the market on the Internet, record training courses to attract more people to become business owners. Launch face-to-face communication activities on a regular basis to exchange experiences.

E. data management: include VIP members, business owners, and various kinds of electronic profit points management. Communicate with customers to know where we need to improve. Use text message or email to follow up, regularly send some warm wishes and company's recent activities and so on.

Introduction

Our team plan to set up a company called “Cozy Life”. The slogan of it is “we color the world”. Actually it is a management platform, the company itself does not make products, but look for products of good quality all around.

Firstly, I will introduce ABC business operation mode, then briefly describe how it works and makes a profit, finally summarize its advantages, compared with the traditional business model.

So what’s ABC business operation model?It is a e-commerce platform in production, management, consumption as a whole, built by agents , business and consumers. And among them, each group of people can be changed between the three.

We combine the real world stores with e-commerce, which can meet different needs of consumers like online shopping and real world stores shopping at the same time. The network makes a contribution to the transmission of information and the promotion of sales. Traditional methods are responsible for distribution and products service. There is a clear division of labor. Then each department carries out their duties to achieve the perfect combination of virtual and real economy. The concept of "group purchase alliance" attracts many businesses, and their production involves in all aspects of our lives.
