“双一流”建设背景下高校图书馆业务发展策略研究——以华中师范大学图书馆为例
收稿日期:2020-12-10作者简介:孙丹霞(1988 ㊀),华中师范大学图书馆馆员㊂∗本文系2019年度湖北省图工委基金项目 新时代大学生数字阅读行为及高校图书馆资源建设对策研究的阶段性研究成果之一,项目编号:2019-YB -12㊂ 双一流 建设背景下高校图书馆业务发展策略研究∗以华中师范大学图书馆为例孙丹霞(华中师范大学图书馆,湖北武汉㊀430079)关键词: 双一流 建设;高校图书馆;业务流程重组;学科服务;空间再造摘㊀要:在 双一流 建设背景下,新的学科建设要求促使高校图书馆开展新的学科和情报研究服务,用户多元化㊁多层次的需求也促使其进行业务升级㊂文章以华中师范大学图书馆为例,对其实际业务工作进行了分析,以期从优化资源配置㊁深化学科服务㊁空间再造㊁业务流程重组和人才队伍建设等方面探索高校图书馆业务发展的新途径㊂中图分类号:G258.6文献标识码:A文章编号:1003-1588(2021)01-0050-031㊀背景㊀㊀随着移动互联网时代的到来,大数据和云计算技术发展迅速,高校图书馆用户的需求变得多元化,加之高校学术交流和科学研究方式的改变,使高校图书馆的职能范围不断扩大,其传统的借阅咨询服务已不能满足用户的需求,必须实现转型和变革,成为智慧型㊁研究型图书馆㊂高校应改革其图书馆的组织结构㊁业务流程及服务内容等,提供新型㊁专业的服务,满足用户新的需求,进一步融入大教学和大科研体系,进而在学科建设㊁人才培养及科学研究等方面发挥更大的作用㊂2㊀一流学科建设目标对高校图书馆提出的新要求和挑战2.1㊀以一流学科建设为目标,拓展新业务㊀㊀‘普通高等学校图书馆规程“规定,高校图书馆是学校的文献信息资源中心,是为人才培养和科学研究服务的学术性机构[1]㊂‘普通高等学校图书馆规程“还对高校图书馆的服务质量和水平提出了更高的要求㊂2015年10月,国务院印发的‘统筹推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设总体方案“将学科建设列为高校发展和建设的重点,对包括高校图书馆在内的高校学科服务支撑体系提出了新的要求[2]㊂㊀㊀一流学科建设目标对高校图书馆决策情报分析的精准性提出了更高的要求,很多一流大学图书馆开展了情报研究服务,如:北京大学和上海交通大学图书馆均开展了精准的学科领域前沿分析与预测㊁学术评估与学科评价㊁科研数据管理㊁机构知识库和智库服务等㊂于夏薇在‘ 双一流 建设下高校图书馆学科情报服务体系:以上海交通大学图书馆的实践为例“一文中提出,由学科领域科技动态监测㊁学科领域发展态势分析㊁学科发展规划调研与分析㊁人才遴选与评价㊁机构科研竞争力评估评价和知识产权分析评议六类学科情报产品构成的服务体系,能够满足 双一流 建设发展的需求[3]㊂2.2㊀以用户需求为导向,推动业务升级㊀㊀目前,高校图书馆用户的需求日益多元化㊁专业化㊁个性化和精准化㊂为了满足用户需求,高校图书馆需全面开展全媒体咨询服务㊁深层次的用户信息5第41卷第1期河南图书馆学刊2021年1月素养培训活动,以及针对学生学习支持能力和科研支持能力的提升培训㊂2.3㊀宏观政策与环境有利于高校图书馆的业务发展㊀㊀移动互联网技术㊁数字化技术及人工智能技术的发展,为高校图书馆开展新媒体服务和现代化智能服务提供了便利条件㊂自‘国务院关于大力推进大众创业万众创新若干政策措施的意见“贯彻实施以来,高校图书馆开展了创新创业㊁创客空间等服务[4]㊂由于‘高校知识产权信息服务中心建设实施办法“的颁布,高校图书馆得以将知识产权信息服务纳入业务工作范围,普遍开展了知识产权培训㊁专利定题检索㊁知识产权咨询与分析等服务㊂3㊀以华中师范大学图书馆为例,探索高校图书馆业务发展策略㊀㊀根据国家对一流学科建设的要求,我国的一流大学图书馆大多进行了业务转型,笔者以华中师范大学图书馆(以下简称 华师馆 )为例,着重从馆藏资源建设㊁深化学科服务和空间再造三个方面提出了高校图书馆业务发展的策略㊂3.1㊀加强馆藏资源建设㊀㊀高校的教学科研活动需要其图书馆馆藏资源的支持,无论是 双一流 建设工作,还是学科评估㊁专业认证㊁学科点申报工作,馆藏资源都至关重要㊂高校图书馆应将馆藏资源建设作为首要战略目标,不仅要保障馆藏资源的数量,还要协调㊁整合不同类型的资源,充分挖掘和揭示馆藏资源的价值㊂3.1.1㊀调整馆藏资源结构㊂高校图书馆传统的馆藏资源建设工作主要依赖于采访馆员和学科馆员,容易忽略用户需求,但用户的需求在很大程度上决定了高校图书馆馆藏资源建设的方向㊂华师馆从用户需求出发,针对纸质资源采用 学科馆员+采访馆员+读者荐购 的采购模式[5],取消复本建设;遵循 E -prefer 原则,优先采购电子图书,以协调馆藏数字资源与纸质资源的发展关系[6]㊂3.1.2㊀建设原生数字资源㊂高校图书馆对采购的数据库仅拥有使用权,且价格高昂㊂故除开放获取的资源外,高校图书馆应建设自己的数字资源库㊂武汉大学和北京大学等高校的图书馆拥有多个自建数据库,但华师馆仅有3个自建数据库㊂因此,华师馆应加强对原生数字资源的开发㊁加工㊁建设和管理,将古籍特藏资源数字化,深度挖掘特藏资源的价值㊂3.1.3㊀一流学科对标建设㊂华师馆的馆藏资源主要为传统的文科相关资源[7],在注重资源建设的全面性㊁丰富性和新颖性的同时,华师馆积极响应国家对一流学科建设的要求,在保证各学科资源总体均衡的基础上,加强了对一流学科资源的建设,如:重点采购相关专业书籍,增加外文文献数量,重视专业数据库的采购,为用户提供专业知识数据库㊁网络课程㊁电子教材和免费共享资源等㊂3.2㊀深化学科服务㊀㊀高校图书馆肩负着为学科建设和教学科研提供优质学术资源与服务的重要职责,应成为高校学术研究的重要参与者与推动者㊂我国已有部分一流高校图书馆开始探索学术服务开展的新方式,复旦大学和同济大学等高校的图书馆均设立了情报研究相关部门,并将决策支持㊁情报分析等个性化㊁深层次的业务提升到战略发展高度㊂因此,高校图书馆不能再固守查收查引㊁科技查新等传统的学科服务,而应致力于为用户提供创新㊁深入㊁精细的科研支持服务㊂3.2.1㊀开展竞争情报分析㊂高校图书馆应跟踪和分析国内外的竞争情报,组织相应的团队跟踪和分析用户需求,主动与用户沟通,挖掘他们的潜在需求㊂馆员应掌握信息分析处理技能和相关工具的使用方法,能够撰写竞争分析报告,如学科竞争力分析报告㊁学科前沿报告和专利分析报告等,能够根据用户要求撰写相关的专题调研报告㊂3.2.2㊀开发网络课程,编写数字化教材㊁教学参考资料等㊂高校图书馆可以建设慕课等形式的教学资源网站,组建专业团队策划具体的建设㊁运营方案,深度研究和挖掘馆藏资源,并结合高校的课程开发网络课程,编写数字化教材㊁教学参考资料等㊂3.2.3㊀嵌入式课堂服务㊂华师馆对学生学习需求15孙丹霞: 双一流 建设背景下高校图书馆业务发展策略研究∗㊀和教师教学需求进行了挖掘,通过与教师的密切合作,将其相关服务嵌入高校教学环境中㊂高校图书馆应分析教师的教学大纲和教学目的,并参与教学设计㊁课堂教学和教学评价反馈等环节,根据学生反馈的难点㊁疑点和重点问题,结合馆藏资源开展针对性强的服务㊂3.2.4㊀嵌入科研过程㊂科研支持服务是高校图书馆在科研选题㊁科研数据管理㊁撰写研究论文㊁传播研究成果等科研活动环节为科研人员提供的文献和情报服务㊂高校图书馆可根据科研用户的需求,为他们开设个人学术主页㊁申请国际学术身份识别码㊁寻找合作伙伴等,同时开展科研相关文献获取㊁数字工具使用㊁科研论文撰写及发表㊁科研成果的存储与传播等科研素养教育活动[8]㊂3.2.5㊀重视科研数据管理㊂高校图书馆可提供科研数据管理服务,如制订数据管理计划㊁科研数据的共享和保存㊁案例分析㊁数据存储和备份㊁数据管理咨询和培训等,帮助科研人员进行数据的组织㊁管理和监护,为他们提供数据管理计划,以及存储㊁使用㊁共享和处理敏感数据的指导服务㊂3.3㊀完善空间服务㊀㊀随着高校图书馆馆藏资源和用户对阅读㊁学习㊁研究甚至休闲需求的增加,其物理空间愈发紧张㊂滕超认为,高校图书馆传统的藏书和流通业务正在不断减少,其应开辟更多供师生学习或社交的场所㊂目前,高校图书馆在原有基础上增加藏书储存空间显然已不是最正确的选择,应考虑如何规划设计和改造其空间布局,最大限度地满足用户的需求[9]㊂㊀㊀华师馆虽然建设了大开间㊁大流通的阅览空间,但仍存在阅览座位紧张㊁研修室预约爆满㊁学生个性化空间需求得不到满足等问题,且安静区域和有声区域相互干扰现象严重,尤其是在英语等级考试期间㊂笔者认为,华师馆应从以下三个方面进行空间改造:一是扩大阅览室,增加座位,适当缩小藏书空间㊂二是开辟多个有声区域,如朗读区域㊁交谈区域等,将有声区域与安静区域彻底分隔,降低噪声对用户的影响㊂三是增加多功能研修空间和个性化共享空间,为用户开展学术沙龙㊁学术会议㊁小型研讨会和主题讨论会等活动提供便利㊂4㊀结语㊀㊀在 双一流 建设背景下,高校图书馆的业务转型和升级势在必行,其关键是服务创新和馆员业务能力的提升,为了支持一流学科建设㊁教学科研活动和学生的学习,高校图书馆必须重视自我成长㊁自我发展和自我革新㊂高校图书馆应进行全方位的转型升级,在保证传统业务稳定发展的同时,进一步拓展新型业务,做好配套的战略规划㊁组织机构和人才队伍保障等,以推动自身的持续发展㊂参考文献:[1]㊀教育部关于印发‘普通高等学校图书馆规程“的通知[EB/OL].[2020-11-24]..cn/srcsite/A08/moe_736/s3886/201601/t20160120_228487.html.[2]㊀国务院关于印发统筹推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设总体方案的通知[EB/OL].[2020-11-24].http:///zhengce/content/2015-11/05/content_10269.htm.[3]㊀于夏薇,陈幼华. 双一流 建设下高校图书馆学科情报服务体系:以上海交通大学图书馆的实践为例[J].图书情报研究,2020(2):22-27,35.[4]㊀朱佳林.我国大学图书馆转型发展可视化研究[J].图书馆工作与研究,2020(6):92-98.[5]㊀刘万国,周秀霞,孙波. 双一流 建设视角下高校图书馆信息资源建设热点扫描[J].大学图书馆学报,2018(5):33-38.[6]㊀肖希明,尹彦力.服务于 双一流 建设的高校图书馆信息资源建设[J].图书馆建设,2018(4):79-84. 华师大图书馆学习计划华东师范大学图书馆是华东师范大学的学术支持和学术交流中心,也是广大师生进行学习和科研活动的主要场所。
华东师范大学图书馆的学习资源十分丰富,为了更好地利用图书馆的资源进行学习,我们制定了以下的学习计划。

三、学习计划1. 每周安排固定的学习时间,前往图书馆,重点阅读与本学科相关的专业书籍和期刊,提高对课程知识的理解和掌握;2. 根据科研课题的需要,定期借阅相关学科的专业书籍和期刊,深入了解研究领域的最新发展,提高科研水平;3. 关注学术期刊最新发表的论文和研究成果,定期阅读相关文章,了解领域内的最新进展,为开展科研项目提供理论支持;4. 多角度、多渠道地阅读不同领域的书籍和期刊,培养自己的综合素质,提高综合素质和门类素养。
四、学习成果通过以上的学习计划和方法,我们将能够更好地利用图书馆的学习资源,提高对课程知识的理解和掌握,提高科研水平,提高写作能力,同时也将能够培养自己的综合素质,提高自身的素养。

华南师范大学图书馆:华南师范大学图书馆的前身勷勤大学师范学院创建于1933年8月1日,随后,学院图书馆建立。
后几经曲折,几度搬迁,几度更名。
1939年该院图书馆随校更名为广东文理学院图书馆。
至建国前夕藏书达10余万册。
1951年在广东文理学院图书馆的基础上,调集原中山大学师范学院、华南联合大学教育系的图书设备,创立了华南师范学院图书馆。
1952年岭南大学教育系、广西大学教育系、湖南大学地理系、南昌大学部分文科系和海南师专并入华南师范学院,图书资料随之并入。
1982年10月,华南师范学院更名为华南师范大学,图书馆也随之更名为华南师范大学图书馆。
70多年来,随着我国教育事业的发展,华南师范大学图书馆也不断发展。
建国初,馆舍面积只有3576平方米,1980年扩建至8356平方米,阅览席位1300个。
桃李园:“芬芳桃李满庭园”,取自1956级中文系校友李俊英为母校写的一首诗。
春风桃李,寓意栽培的学子才俊。
在美术学院对面,有一座风格独特的建筑,那里是学生活动场所——桃李园。

一、介绍
华师大图书馆数据库是为了方便师生查阅各类学术资料而建立的综合数据库。
本文档将详细介绍如何使用华师大图书馆数据库,包括登录、搜索、等功能的操作步骤。
二、登录
1.访问华师大图书馆官方网站(网址:)。
2.页面上方的“数据库”。
3.在登录界面输入用户名和密码,并“登录”按钮。
三、搜索
1.进入数据库首页后,可以在搜索框中输入关键词进行搜索。
2.支持以下搜索方式:
a.关键词搜索:输入与所需资料相关的关键词,“搜索”按钮。
b.高级搜索:“高级搜索”按钮,在相应的字段中输入相关信息,并“搜索”按钮。
c.分类搜索:页面上方的“分类”按钮,在分类目录中选择相应的分类,“搜索”按钮。
3.在搜索结果页面,可以通过筛选条件进一步细化搜索结果。

1.在搜索结果页面,资料的标题,可以查看其详细信息。

校外用户访问华师图书馆电子资源的通知
校外用户访问图书馆电子资源的通知图书馆的电子资源因受IP地址的限制,目前只能被校园网内用户访问。
为便于住校外教工、学生利用图书馆的电子资源,我馆引入虚拟专用网(简称VPN)技术来解决这个问题,获得VPN授权的用户,可在非校园网内使用图书馆的电子资源。
具体办法如下:一、申请VPN授权服务的条件凡是我校正式教工及在读研究生、本科生和专科生,均可申请。
二、申请办法1、VPN是通过本馆的借书证进行身份验证,为了您的使用安全,VPN服务开通前要求您必须更改您的借书证密码,以防他人非法盗用。
一旦更改密码成功,你即可使用我们的VPN服务,具体操作方法见“VPN使用说明”修改借书证密码的方法:1)进入页面: http://202.116.41.246:8080/reader/login.php2)输入正确的《读者标识》和《个人密码》。
3)进入有读者姓名提示的页面,点击:《读者信息》。
4)再修改个人密码。
2、图书馆的借书证每三年需验证一次,如果您在三年内都没有到图书馆办理借书证的验证手续,那您的借书证可能已经自动失效了。
请携带您的借书证和工作证(或学生证)到图书馆一楼办证处办理验证手续,只有持有本馆借书证(借书证必须在有效期内)的读者方可获得我馆的VPN授权。
查看借书证是否失效的方法:1)进入页面:http://202.116.41.246:8080/reader/login.php2)输入正确的《读者标识》和《个人密码》。
3)如果您的证件在有效期内,则能自动进入个人页面;如果您的证件被注销或已失效也会有相关的提示。
3、如需使用外国数据库请下载承诺书,填写好后交图书馆办证处,我们才能帮您开通外国数据库的使用权限。
三、注意事项:1、如用户遇到问题,请发E_Mail至library4@。
2、被授权的VPN用户保证做到:1)不将使用权限(帐号、密码)转给他人使用。
2)不对网络资源进行恶意下载,3)不用于非教学、科研或者以盈利为目的的使用。

华南师范大学(石牌)校园新规划方案一、校园概况1、学校简介华南师范大学 始建于1933年,是一所学科门类齐全的国家“211 工程”重点建设大学和广东省省属重点大学。
学校现有广州石牌、广州大学城和南海 3 个校区,占地面积共 3079亩, 校舍面积共 126万平方米。
校园环境优美,景色怡人,人文景观遍布,文化气息浓厚,为广大师生提供了良好的学习、工作和生活环境。
华南师范大学石牌校区是华南师范大学的校本部,华师师生一般直接称之为“校本部”或者“本部”。

而西区田径场紧邻西区学生宿舍,经常举办运动会或租借给周边中小学举办运动会,严重影响学生正常生活。

广州各大英语角English Corners @ Guangzhou强烈建议克服一切困难坚持去英语角练习。
不久就会发现自己在快速进步。
广州比较有影响力的英语角有以下几个:广州图书馆英语角,每周日上午9点半开始,地点在广州图书馆百年大榕树前的空地。
去过两次,不过白天讲英语的感觉总没有晚上那种朦胧感。
华南师范大学英语角,每周二、五晚21点,在华南师大的中心花园举行。
算比较有影响力的英语角,有空我会经常去,人数80-100人左右,有心的话会有一些surprises.也不乏一些高手在里面。
中山大学惺亭英语角,每周三晚19:00-23:00,在中山大学图书馆西门对面惺亭进行。
去过几次,感觉还不错。
人数大概60-100人,个人感觉气氛比华师积极主动一点。
中山大学MBA英语沙龙,每周四晚19:00-21:00,在中山大学管理学院MBA大楼咖啡厅对面。
去过一次,有些学术,组织性也相对较强一点。
以下英语角我没亲自去过,大家也可以建议择近去练习:中大大学城校区英语角,每周一、三、五早上7:00-8:00和每周四晚上19:00-21:00进行,早上在宿舍区的花坛,晚上在A栋教学楼的课室。
暨南大学英语角,每周三晚19点-21点,在暨南大学图书馆前的广场进行。
华南理工大学南校区英语角,每周五晚上19点-21点,在C7-C8间的空地进行。
