《Unit 5 What is he like?》说课稿我今天要说的是陕旅版《Unit 5 What is he like?》的第二课时,下面我将从说教材、说教法和学法、说教学过程、说板书设计等方面,来对本课作以具体的阐述。
一、说教材Unit 5的主要以描述人物性格为主要话题,学习如何描述人物性格,让学生能够在老师的引导下结合已有的知识结构,进行知识的整合和能力的提升,用英语去描述家庭成成员、朋友、动物等。
本节课是本单元的第二课时,是在第一课时学习表示人物性格的8个单词和句型“What is he/she like? He is ….”的基础上,进一步巩固此句型。
因此,本节确定的教学目标是:知识目标:1、熟练运用“What is she/he like? She/He is …”去描述人的性格特点。
2、理解对话含义,熟读,复述并背诵课文。
技能目标:灵活应用此句型及相关知识描述自己的老师。
情感目标:通过本节学习,让学生了解到老师工作的辛苦,教育学生感谢、尊重和爱教师。
我把本课时的重点确定为:理解对话含义,熟练朗读并复述课文。
难点为:灵活应用此句型及相关知识描述自己的老师。
二、说教法:任务型教学法:每个环节,我都给学生具体的任务去完成,并给学生具体可操作的方法,通过任务引导,达到对课对话内容的理解和重难点知识的掌握。
情境教学法:在本节我通过出示学生所在班级的老师照片,让学生谈论自己的老师,给学生创造真实的语言运用环境。
问题探究法三、说学法任务引导法:通过具体的任务引导,学生独立思考,理解课文内容,提高听、说、读、写技能和思维能力。
小组合作法:小组合作练习主干句型,提高口语表达能力。
四、说教学过程在热身环节,我设计两个活动。
一是通过歌曲活跃课堂气氛,调动学生学习的积极性,同时导入本课主题的学习。
另外,通过Play a chain game,让学生用尽可能多的形容词接龙介绍自己的朋友和性格特点,既复习第一课时内容,激活学生相关背景知识,又了解借班上课时陌生学生的认识水平、表达水平和性格特点,便于老师对后面的课堂活动做及时地调整。
