储气罐使用说明书标准化管理部编码-[99968T-6889628-J68568-1689N]储气罐使用说明书本储气罐产品主要用于储存压缩空气、调节用气负荷、延时供气。

其使用、检验检测等均应严格按《简单压力容器安全技术监察规程》及《特种设备安全监察条例》之规定。

1、储气罐使用单位须建立安全管理档案及完善的工艺操作规程和岗位操作规程,对本储气罐进行定期保养、检查并记录存档。

发现异常情况,应当技术请特种设备检验检测机构进行检验;2、本产品应在推荐使用寿命年限内使用,达到推荐使用寿命的应报废。

如需继续使用,使用单位应报请特种设备检验检测机构进行定期检验;3、在长期工作状态下,储气罐的支架板、进气管等焊接部位可能产生振动裂纹;安装及使用时应注意减少振动;4、使用单位的操作人员应进行专业培训与安全教育。

严禁超压、超温使用;进入储气罐的压缩空气文的严禁超过罐体的设计温度;为确保储气罐处于正常状态,使用环境温度应不低于0℃;应避免腐蚀性物料接触罐体表面;如与外壁油漆层剥落,宜及时修复。

5、对油润滑压缩机,应定期检查排气口至压缩空气温度80℃处之间的所有管路、容器本身和配件,任何积碳应有效去除(包括压缩机缸头积碳物);视实际使用情况,应对储气罐进行定时排污和定期清洗,确保罐内的空气质量。

不得在储气罐周围或储气罐上动明火;不得使用明火查看储气罐内部状况。

6、储气罐处于受压状态时,不得进行任何维修(包括紧螺栓等)以及对储气罐的锤击和撞击;7、使用单位不得擅自对储气罐进行修理、技术改造或改为与原设计不符的压力容器;8、储气罐上的安全附件(安全阀、压力表)应定期检验(定期检验日期一般以安全附件出厂日期为准)安全阀一般每年至少校验一次;压力表每六个月至少校验一次。

操作人员必须经常检查安全附件具有可靠的灵敏度。

确保安全附件正常工作,一旦失效或精度达不到规定要求即予以更换。

9、压缩机的最大容积流量(即储气罐的实际进气量)如超过储气罐安全阀的泄放量时,使用单位应在其系统中加装压力泄放装置。

通过爬车将X射线机载入管道中进行检测。

由于X射线机采用周向曝光,所以对每道焊缝只需一次曝光便可以完成其检测。

这比采用双壁单透照的检测方法,提高了工作效率,而且还保证了检测的灵敏度。

通过爬行器在管道中运行,由管道外的指令源进行控制。

通过指令源使接收器接收到其信号,通过编程器的循环处理,在各个时段控制爬车完成前进、后退、曝光、休息等各个程序。

二、特点LY爬行器是在传统的基础上,研发出的新一代爬行器,有如下特点:1、先进的控制技术采用进口编程器外接线少控制准确、处理速度快、维护简单。

2、独特的救护方式爬行器因某种原因不能爬出管道时,当救护车接触到爬行器时,救护上升机构自动上升到预定高度从而使主动轮脱离管壁。

然后自动后退将故障爬行器托出。

3、新型高效电池采用世界上最先进的新型高效电池为爬行器提供动力,使爬行器体积更小,重量更轻。

By Forklift / Tele-handler•Each FCP is fitted with forklift pockets which are designed to allow the FCP to be raised by a forklift/tele-handler. The FCP can be lifted from all 4 sides. This must be considered in your risk assessment•It is important that the total gross weight of the FCP is not more than half (50%) of the forklift’s maximum SWL. Ensure that the forklift’s forks are set to the correct width for the FCP’s fork pockets1. Fork PocketsWARNINGDo not allow anyone under the raised load at any time or for anyreason.PositioningWhere the FCP is to be permanently positioned for use (long or short term) it is important that certain aspects are considered•You should make sure that both supplying vehicle and receiving vehicle have safe and easy access to the FCP•The position should be selected where the unit will be protected from accidental impact•Consideration should be given to the location of overhead services such as telecommunications, power cables and overhanging obstructions. Be awareof the location of underground services, such as drains, and manhole covers •You must also consider the ground surface and make sure it can support the weight of the FCP, its contents when full and any stored equipment such aspumps, without the risk of subsidence. It should be positioned on smooth and level ground with access available to the rear and sides •Allow for access that may be required by the emergency services should it become necessaryFILLING THE FCP•DO NOT FILL TANK WHEN DISPENSING IS IN OPERATION•Only fill the FCP to 95% of its nominal capacity See UNIT SPECIFICATION•Filling should only be performed by a suitably trained person and only following a full risk assessment•The FCP must be positioned on a firm level surface.•Before filling, ensure that you have a suitable spill containment kit and that you are wearing all required PPE•Nozzle Fill - Unlock and open the access lid. Unscrew and remove the 3” filler cap, place the filling nozzle in the 3” port•Do not leave the nozzle unattended during the filling process•Observe the fuel level for an indication of tank capacity, then once filled, replace the filler cap and clean up any spillsDISPENSING FUELThere are two options available for dispensing/supplying fuel. Either manually via a fuel pump and nozzle or by direct coupling to the equipment such as a generator. •By Fuel Pump - For the information about any pump system fitted to this FCP, please refer to documents supplied with the pump.•Direct Coupling - enables continuous fuel feed to equipment such as generators where fuel is required continuously. 主要攀登器材介绍1.主绳主绳(动力绳)有单绳、双绳之分,单绳直径在9.4mm至11mm 之间。

双绳的直径在8.1mm至9mm之间。

如果采用先锋攀登的方式修线,而且路线又比较曲折,则应使用双绳,这样可避免“之”字型走绳,造成绳子拖曳沉重的情况。

如果采用上方保护方式进行修线,使用单绳即可。

若是边下降边修线,或是利用上升器边上升边修线,使用10mm 静力绳比较好。

因为静力绳的延展小,容易准确的停留在某个位置,易于操作。

2.安全带安全带要选择腰带比较宽的,因为修线需要长时间挂在空中。

如果腰带较窄,时间一长腰部会被勒得很疼。

3.下降保护器和上升器修线常用的下降保护器有:GriGri 、ATC 、Reverso 等。

GriGri 是一种具有自动锁死功能的保护器,当绳子锁住后,可松开握绳的手操作其它开线器材。

ATC或Reverso 与上升器和局绳、绳梯配合使用也可以达到同样效果。

注意上升器使用时要卡在ATC或Reverso 的上方绳端,切勿卡在下方自由端,否则两器械顶住劲后将难以松开。

4.其它在未开发过的线路上常常会有一些风化的浮石,容易被碰落。

为防止砸伤一定要戴头盔。

局绳用于将自己连接到某个保护点上,距离长短易于调节。

岩塞、绳梯、岩钉、岩钩等用于传统攀登或Aid攀登。

吊拉包用于吊拉暂时不用的器材,以减轻攀登时身体的负重。

攀登器材的选择攀登运动具有危险性,您必须充分了解和接受其风险。

其速度将自动限定。

4、出入罐笼需在爬罐检修平台位置进行,运行过程中,严禁工作人员探出罐笼外,且通向爬罐工作平台的门必须关闭,进到工作面行稳锁定后,方可从罐笼顶部开门进入掌子面进行钻孔作业。

5、每次上下工作面时,顺便对导轨及其附件特别是膨胀螺栓进行检查,如有损坏、松动、脱出现象,应立即修复。

6、在爬罐平台上进行工作时,保证作业面光线明亮、无杂物,作业人员必须系好安全带,谨防坠落。

7、开钻前先清除壁和顶上松动围岩清撬工作,结束后再打孔安装导轨,使爬罐上升至掌子面进行开钻作业。

8、每班均需对安全保护装置的附件及复位情况以及信号装置的功能进行检查。

在电气作业在电源时,不得将电气引燃器从存放盒中取出。

装填炸药时应切断电源。

5只允许从保护位置出入罐笼。

行驶中人员必须停留在罐笼中,通往工作平台的门必须关闭。

平台防护罩应升起。

6爆破后上升时,必须每个工作日检查轨道及其附件(尤其是膨胀螺栓位置)。

及时修理任何损坏。

如导管损坏严重,注意升降机顶部通风不良。

五、防止静电导出装置松动和缠绕
应注意保持静电导出装置处于良好的工作状态。静电导 出装置的局部松动反而会形成尖端放电的条件,增加危 险性。防静电导出装置一头接在浮盘上,浮盘是要经常 上下或水平浮动的,这都有可能造成静电导出装置局部 松动。另外要注意使用年限,使用到一定年限时要及时 更换。

内浮盘上部实际上是长期处在一定浓度的油蒸汽 中,各种部件会很容易受到腐蚀,其中特别是浮 盘立柱套管插销或是法兰螺栓等,如长期不检修, 很可能会造成完全腐蚀,无法打开和插入支柱。 内浮顶油罐由于比拱顶罐多了一个内浮盘,因此 其检修周期和清罐周期也应短些。 需要特别强调的是,进罐检修前应先用清水反复 清洗。同时,进罐前还应检查罐内油气浓度。

内浮盘与罐壁的密封,现大多数为弹性密封,弹性密 封主要有两个缺点:一是材料易老化,二是由于罐体 或内浮盘过大的椭圆度,内浮盘的不平度或罐壁局部 过大的粗糙等原因 ,会使密封圈与罐壁间的摩擦过 大而影响内浮盘的正常浮起动作。

助爬器安装使用说明书一、用途:助爬器用于钻井井架工爬直梯时起助力作用。

如与攀升保护器配套使用,将会取得既安全又省力的双重功效。

二、结构:助爬器由以下主要零部件组成:1、地锚2、高强螺栓3、花篮螺栓4、导向钢丝绳5、配重砂筒6、动滑轮组件7、定滑轮组件8、定滑轮支架9、耳板10、U型环11、牵引钢丝绳12、双保险挂钩,详见安装示意图。

三、安装1、在井架顶部直梯的一侧焊接好定滑轮支架。

另一侧焊接耳板。

2、先将牵引钢丝绳一端穿过定滑轮组件,再将定滑轮组件牢固的挂在定滑轮支架上。

将牵引钢丝绳一端穿过配重砂筒上部的吊环,用3个钢丝绳卡子卡紧。

将牵引钢丝绳另一端顺向直梯下部,适当拉紧挂牢。

3、将导向钢丝绳一端穿过配重砂筒的动滑轮组下部,然后用U 型环固定在直梯另一侧的耳板上,顺向地面。

4、在地面选择合适的位置旋入地锚,地锚旋入深度应大于1米。

用高强螺栓连接花篮螺栓和地锚,将导向钢丝绳的另一端穿过花篮螺栓的环扣,适度拉紧,用3个钢丝绳卡子卡紧,转动花篮螺栓调整导向钢丝绳的松紧度。

将多余钢丝绳盘好。

注意:①导向钢丝绳与地面的夹角在45~600为宜。

②导向钢丝绳不宜拉得过紧,避免导向钢丝绳承收井架晃动产生的拉力。

四、使用:1、配重砂筒的自重为17Kg,牵引钢丝绳的自重为:17Kg/70m,可按使用者的体重情况调整配重砂筒的总重量。

打开配重砂筒的盖板,注入适量的干燥河砂,上紧盖板。

2、使用时将牵引钢丝绳下端的双保险挂钩挂在使用者配穿的多功能安全带背后的挂环上,使用者沿直梯向上攀登,配重砂筒通过动滑轮组件,在导向钢丝绳上缓缓下降,牵引钢丝绳通过定滑轮组件改变方向,向上拉动使用者,给使用者一个与配重砂筒重量相等的拉力,使用者可以比较省力地向上攀登。

当使用者到达工作高度时可摘开背后的挂钩挂牢在直梯上,即可进行作业。

当使用者下降时同样将双保险挂钩挂在配穿的多功能安全带背后的挂环上,即可沿直梯下降,使用者同样受到一个与配重砂筒重量相等的拉力,可减缓使用者下降的速度,使用者到达直梯下部时,摘开挂钩在直梯上挂牢,以免配重砂筒滑落。

二、主要内容:3S lift免爬器是一种智能遥控的风机塔筒攀爬辅助升降设备,安装于竖梯底部的驱动箱,驱动一根通过上部支架连接到车体上部的钢丝绳带动车体做升降运动。

电控箱内的变频器及智能控制器保证电机提供给驱动绳轮一个合适的速度。

免爬器配备两套单独的防坠落系统:一套车体防坠系统,一套个人防护系统,双重保护高空作业人员的安全。

➢任何人在使用免爬器时,必须穿着个人防护用具(如安全帽、全身式安全带、安全双钩、3S专用防坠器)➢免爬器运行前,请确认免爬器运行通道无任何障碍物存在,尤其是平台盖板必须处于开启状态并固定好,以免造成人员伤害及设备的损坏。

➢免爬器运行前,请检查钢丝绳张紧指示标是否处于正常区域(绿区)。

➢免爬器运行前,请检查电源是否电量充足。

➢操作人员必须携带合适通讯设备,保持与地面人员或基站人员的通讯。

➢免爬器运行时,禁止任何人员处于免爬器的正下方或正上方。

➢免爬器运行时,禁止其他操作人员使用爬梯攀爬。

➢免爬器的遥控模式仅用于运送物料,禁止载人。

➢在操作中如果发现设备损坏或故障导致安全隐患时,必须立即停止使拼通知设备管理人员或业主。

➢火灾时禁止使用免爬器。

➢免爬器载物时必须配合载物框使用,载物框承重60Kg。

一、概述
WCP系列储罐爬行器是储罐建设工程中,用于对储罐钢板对接焊缝进行X射线无损检测的工程设备。

它通过爬车的水平运动及爬车上的小车的垂直运动,载着X射线机在罐壁上做水平及垂直运动,实现对罐壁上指定焊缝的检测。

爬行器主要由主车体、主车驱动装置、垂直轨道、垂直驱动装置、水平定位装置、垂直定位装置、控制箱、X射线机控制台、X射线机管头、遥控信号接收器、遥控信号发射器等几部份组成。

主车体:爬行器各部件的载体,借助自身重力及特殊结构悬挂在储罐罐壁的顶部;
主车驱动装置:由电机、减速机及电磁离合器组成;
垂直轨道:射线机安装于垂直轨道上,轨道上有一个固定射线机的小车,由驱动装置驱动,可以沿轨道上下运动;
垂直驱动装置:由电机、减速机及链轮组成;
水平定位装置:由无触点接近开关及机构组成。

当爬行器检测环缝需要主
车水平运动时,采用水平定位装置定位;
垂直定位装置:由无触点接近开关及机构组成。

当爬行器检测竖缝需要让射线机上下运动时,采用垂直定位装置定位;
控制箱:控制爬行器各部分的运行;
X射线机控制台:控制射线机;
X射线机管头:X射线发生装置;
遥控信号接收器:接收来自发射器的指令信号;
遥控信号发射器:发射指令信号;
水平定位杆:由不锈钢材料制作而成。

底部带磁性,可以很方便地固定在罐壁上。

磁性材料与罐壁之间由非金属材料隔离。

四、工作原理
爬行器主车是依靠自身重力及特殊机构悬挂在储罐罐壁顶部的,并可沿罐壁前后运动。

垂直轨道是沿罐外壁悬挂在主车上的,射线机随小车一起可以在垂直轨道上作上下运动。

通过爬行器的水平运动及射线机的上下运动,可实现对检测范围内的每处焊缝进行检测。

当检测竖缝时,利用安装在垂直轨道上的垂直定位装置实现自动垂直定位。

当检测环缝时,利用安装在爬行器内侧的水平定位装置及水平定位杆实现自动水平定位。

五、安装及调整
设备在使用前,必须进行简单组装和调整,具体方法如下:
1,将垂直轨道与主车体固定牢固;
2,用起吊设备将爬行器整体吊装到罐壁的顶部,垂直轨道部分放在罐壁的外侧;
3,调整车体外侧锁紧螺丝,使主车体保持水平;
4,将射线机管头固定在垂直轨道上;
5,调整射线机的焦距;
6,根据编号连接好各连接电缆;
7,连接电源电缆。

六、操作说明
对爬行器的所有操作都是通过遥控信号发射器完成的。

爬行器有五种工作状态:前进、后退、上升、下降、曝光。

当检测环缝时,先将射线机运行至与环缝高度平齐,然后操作爬行器让其沿罐壁水平运动。

在欲检测的指定位置放置水平定位杆,当爬行器运行至指定位置时,水平定位装置接触到水平定位杆,爬行器自动停止,启动射线机开始拍片。

若采用手动定位,待激光光柱照射到预定位置时即停止运行,认为启动X射线探伤机,开始拍片。

当检测竖缝时,先将爬行器运行至欲检测的竖缝处,并使射线机窗口对准竖缝。

调整好垂直定位装置后,操作爬行器使射线机沿竖缝上下运动至欲检测的焊缝处,射线机即自动停止上下运动,启动射线机开始拍片。

拍竖缝时具体操作步骤如下:
1,安装及调整。

(参见第五部分)
2,固定胶片。

根据现场实际情况,若每次只拍一张,可将单数或偶数一次贴好。

3,根据胶片位置调整好垂直定位装置。

(只调整一次)
4,将爬行器水平运行到与竖缝对齐。

(射线机窗口)
5,将爬行器垂直运行到顶部。

(也可以是底部)
6,然后操作爬行器向下运行。

碰到定位装置后,自行停止。

7,启动X射线探伤机曝光。

此时蜂鸣器鸣叫。

8,曝光完成后即可操作爬行器继续向下运行拍下一张胶片。

拍竖缝时具体操作步骤如下:
1,安装及调整。

(参见第五部分)
2,固定胶片。

根据现场实际情况,若每次只拍一张,可每隔一张贴一张。

3,根据胶片位置固定好水平定位杆。

4,将爬行器垂直运行到与横缝对齐。

(射线机窗口)
5,然后操作爬行器前进。

碰到水平定位杆后,自行停止。

若是手动定位,则待激光光柱到达预定位置时,手动停止爬行器。

6,启动X射线探伤机曝光。

此时蜂鸣器鸣叫。

7,曝光完成后即可操作爬行器继续向前运行拍下一张胶片。
