2015北京大学考研英语应用文写作技巧点拨之投诉信写法
在考研英语中一类公认的比较容易得分的题型大概非作文的第一部分莫属了,这一部分要求同学们按照题目的要求书写相应的文章,小作文部分在英语一和英语二的试卷上是几乎没有什么差别的,一般同学只要掌握了相关的做题方法即可在这一部分取得不错的成绩。

小作文部分以各类信件为主,大纲还要求通知等类型,但其他类型在真题中体现不多,所以重点还是掌握书信的写作方法。

今天我们主要讲解投诉信的写作方法。

投诉信,也称抱怨信(Letter of Complaint),其写作方法如下:
首段:注意客观礼貌
a.自我介绍;
b.引出投诉内容
c.表明目的要求。

主体:展开说明投诉原因、具体理由或后果,注意内容充实,符合交际习惯。

a.详细说明情况,中肯提出问题;
b.提出改进建议,表明希望如何解决;
c.拓展题目内容,尤其要强调如何问题不解决所带来的后果。
