9.8 Safety and health protection plan

9.8.1 Policy and goal

Requires all employees to comply with all local laws and regulations, and safety and health protection program, to ensure that all incoming project department staff and outside personnel health and safety.

9.8.2 Hazard identification

According to our similar experience in the construction and bonding of the characteristics of the project, the project risk source: electrical overload, falls, vehicle accidents damage impactor, lifting machinery accident damage, mechanical accident damage, professional accident damage, fire.

Based on the analysis of the work program, the more dangerous the following tasks: transportation, concrete building, installation, lifting, construction of power and so on.

9.8.3 Checking and reporting and training

（1）Inspection and meetings

Contractor will establish inspection plan, which will determine the frequency of inspection and inspection of the participants, the frequency of checks to contractors and engineers approval shall prevail. Engineers and owners have the right to participate in the review, the Contractor will assist engineers inspection. Health and safety checks in accordance with the objectives and record inspection results, be sure to check the results of the follow-up implementation. In the inspection process, after the occurrence of accidents and complaints contractor will take measures and track performance.

Hold regular safety meetings, site leadership and participation by the other persons to participate in the project site to discuss security issues.

（2）Reporting procedures

The contractor will establish a set of procedures in the event of injury, disease, dangerous accident, to report to the engineers and the local management. Identify the following three types of accident and notify the appropriate local administrative departments:

① Fatal / serious accident, immediately notify

② Dangerous accidents - immediately notify

③ Disease - report to medical institutions

（3）Emergency procedures

The purpose of this program is to minimize the time to take emergency services to achieve an effective response to emergencies.

Contingency plans for the various parts of the project as well as the physical characteristics of the corresponding risks into account, and then make the appropriate method, plan should include preventive measures, notification procedures and processes, communication systems, field channels, the reaction when bad weather, equipment, etc. and so on.

（4）Training

Project department for all employees entering the appropriate health and safety knowledge, training and education, require all employees to fulfill their health and safety management responsibilities, compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
