3、备忘录的种类备忘录通常有面交备忘录、送交备忘录、谅解备忘录等。
面交备忘录是会谈后直接交给对方或向对方当面宣读之后交给对方的备忘录。
送交备忘录则是在会谈后另行邮寄或送达对方的备忘录,可以直接行文,也可答复来文。
谅解备忘录是将双方的备忘录合在一起形成一份,并经双方签字,具有协议性质的备忘录。
