Ok, good morning everyone! My undergraduate school is Suzhou University of Science and Technology. So, today I would like to share something about the city of Suzhou,which is famous for its classical gardens and beauty girls.
Suzhou also called gusu. No matter where, when it comes to suzhou, people always say:"suzhou, a nice place”. But why? People will say nothing more than p rivate gardens, Bridges, suchou’soft dialect, silk and beauty.无论在哪里，一提到苏州，人们总会说：“苏州，好地方！”若要问好在哪里，又不外乎私家园林、小桥流水、吴侬软语、丝绸美女When I first came there ,the strange city, In my memory ,everything is small.yeah. The small lakes, small bridges, small and low building, small and crowded streets, and even the city subway(tube) is small,the carriages and the stations are all small than that in other cities. But it dosen’t matter. I realize gradually that something would seems to be more warm and cozy thanks to the so called “small”,after a period of time living in this cicy. Ok, that is just my personal opinon.
So, when it mention to the Suzhou classical gardens, they are private gardens in ancient times, there are so many gardens in suzhou, Surging Wave Pavilion(沧浪亭), Lion Grove Garden（狮子林），Garden for Lingering（留园），Master of the Nets Garden （网师园），Grace（怡园），Humble Administrator's Garden（拙政园），and so on.
If you are not an expert of Gardensarts, there is no need to travel around all the gardens, one or two will sure enough. The Humble Administrator's Garden is the typical masterpieces, may be you can enjoye it.
The Humble Administrator's Garden is outstanding private garden of southern China, which is one of the " Top Four Famous Gardens" in China,and The other three are the Mountain Resort, Summer Palace and Garden for Lingering. it measures only 62 mu, small as it is, compared with the royal gardens, it looks like a beautiful picture when people stand in the garden, viewing it from any angle(比起皇家园林，拙政园虽小，但站在园中，无论从哪个角度看去，都是一幅美丽的图画), The architectural style of the Humble Administrator's Garden is simple and indigenous(拙政园的建筑风格朴素开朗、平淡天真), and majority of its architecture is built by the water, According To Statistics,the garden has a water area of three fifth of its entire area, (拙政园的水域占据整个园区面积的五分之三，其大部分建筑临水而建).
And, next, we’ll talk something about the beauty girls in Suzhou. I don’t know the origin of the saying that Suzhou is rich in beauty.May be because of the natural condition, or the booming economy, or the ancient scholars, or others.
But, if you take it for granted that you would see the beautiful girls as you wishes in the streets, then you’ll be dispointed that.In my opinion/experience, Suzhou beauty does n’t mean
their outside look but their internal temperament. May be the girls in Suzhou are more flexiable and sensitive, like the Spring Water. Yeah it is that.
By the way, there are something big, such as the China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park(SIP),w hich is the China-Singapore joint development project. You would feel that you have been to to Singapore, if you have been to the park.
