3D打印技术:能否引导珠宝首饰的创意和创新?

摘要:中国经济正由资源消耗严重的密集型重工业向具有高附加值的创新型高科技产业转型发展,先进的3D打印和制造技术的发展为中国珠宝首饰的创新制造和发展提供了前所未有的机遇。
3D打印已被认为是一项能够引导未来制造业变革的关键智能和先进制造技术,其“多”“快”“好”“省”的优势使3D打印技术为珠宝的制作以及艺术设计带来了根本性的变革。
3D打印技术跨越了虚拟世界与实体世界的技术鸿沟,使富有创意的设计师能够自由发挥他们的才能和灵感。
随着日益发展的数字化设计技术,消费者将见证将创新性和个性化相结合的珠宝首饰产品的诞生。
基于3D打印设备、工艺和材料特点及其成型的自由度和局限性,结合创新设计思想与数字化技术,本文探究了贵金属首饰和创意珠宝在3D打印技术下的创新设计理念、表现形式和工艺实现技法。
特别是,文章 还探究了 3D打印技术在结合传统工艺或智能可穿戴技术中的创新应用,并研发了新的打印金属浆料及配套的3D打印设备和工艺,该技术设备能够快速的地加工单种金属和多种金属材料。
笔者认为,将3D打印与创意设计方法形成一体化的数字化技术方案,能够进一步加强珠宝首饰的艺术性、独特性和并实现珠宝首饰的个性化设计。

3D Printing Technique:Can it Lead the Innovation of the Jewelry?

Abstract: China?s economy i s transforming from intensive and heavy industry with large resource consumption to innovative and creative hi-tech industry with high added value. The adoption of advanced 3D printing and digital technology provides unprecedented opportunities for the innovative development and manufacturing of jewelry industry in China. 3D printing has been regarded as a pivotally intelligent and advanced manufacturing technology that can lead the future industry revolution. With advantageous features of being “Productive”,^Efficient^ ,‘‘High-quality” and “Cost-effective”,3D printing technology has brought fundamental changes to the jewelry manufacturing and i t s artistic design. I t f i l l s the technology gap between virtual and physical world, so that the creative designers can be given more freedom to express their inspirations. A n d with the development of digital design technology, consumers shall witness innovative and personalized jewelry products.

geometry restrictions,this paper presented the study on innovative design conception, expression form and the craft of precious metal jewelry. Particularly, the paper investigated the innovative application of 3D printing technology integrated with traditional craft or intelligent wearable technology. In addition, a new equipment and craft of 3D metal paste printing were presented in this research, which can rapidly print single metal and multiple metal materials models.
I t i s believed that the integrated digital technology of 3D printing and innovative design method can further enhance artistry, uniqueness and personalized design of the jewelry.
