Explain the terms in English.（10）1.L/C and the Parties InvolvedA letter of credit is a banking mechanism which allows importers to offer secureterms to exporters.The parties in connection with a letter of credit are follows:1)The applicant or opener (generally the buyer importer) to the bank to issue the l9tter credit.2)The originating bank or opening bank or issuing bank, which is the bank receiving the application from the applicant to issue the letter credit and will be responsible for the payment is usually the bank at the place where importer is located.3)The advising bank or correspondent bank, which is the bank at the place where the exporter located and may usually, be the branch of issuing bank or its correspondent. The advising bank hands the letter of credit to the exporter under instructions from the issuing bank. It only proves the authenticity of the letter of credit and is not responsible for other things.4)The beneficiary who is empowered to use letter of credit and is usually the exporter5)The negotiating bank which pays or discounts the documentary bill by beneficiary under the letter of credit. The negotiating bank may be the advising bank or another appointed bank to negotiate under the letter of Credit. If there is no specific stipulation in the letter of credit, the exporter may present the documentary bill to any bank which is ready to put through the transaction.6)The paying bank which is the bank responsible for payment mentioned in the letter of credit. It is usually the issuing bank or it may be another bank appointed by the issuing bank according to the stipulation in the letter of credit.2.Despatch MoneyIt is an inducement paid by a vessel operator to a shipper, consignee, or chartrer for completing the loading/offloading operations in less than the allotted time.Despatch money (or simply "Despatch") is the compensation paid to charterers provided the charterparty contains a stipulation to this effect if the loading or discharging operations are completed within the laytime allowed by the charterparty, that is, before the agreed laytime has expired. In other words, despatch money is the opposite of demurrage. The reason for the compensation is to reimburse charterers, shippers or consignees for any expenses they may have incurred in order to save time to the vessel.3.Shipping Instructions and Shipping AdviceShipping instruction is sent by the Buyer to the Seller before the goods are ready. It is a shipment description of the goods informing the Seller the shipping date, time of departure, port of shipment, port of destination and other information. The earlier the shipping instruction is made, the more time the Seller possesses to make preparation for shipment.Shipping advice is the notification sent by the Seller to the Buyer after the shipment of the goods informing the buyer the detailed information of the shipment.
