摘要

本次设计做的是滨州山东置业有限公司开发建设的龙溪鑫都21#,23#住宅楼项目,本工程为包括阁楼在内的六层砖混结构,总建筑面积为3485.52㎡。本次毕业设计分为两部分,一部分为工程量计算,另一部分为施工组织设计。工程量计算,各人根据自己的图纸选择一部分进行工程量计算,工程量包括基础,标准层及屋面工程。本工程的基础采用的是筏板基础,施工采用机械大开挖。主要的工程量包括,基础工程,混凝土工程,钢筋工程,模板工程,门窗工程,屋面工程,装饰工程等。施工组织设计部分,根据所学知识主要有工程概况,施工部署,施工准备,施工方法,质量管理保证措施及工期保证措施,安全保证措施,环境、职工健康安全管理措施,及竣工交付使用后的回访工作等。工期则采用倒推法,先确定总工期,在确定各施工过程的劳动力分布情况,及机械使用情况,进而画出施工横道图。另外根据施工平面布置原则,再结合建筑物实际情况,画出施工现场平面图。在本设计中我们认真做好每一部分的工作,这样就能方便工程更全面,更具体的进行施工。总之我们以保证质量,方便施工,便于管理为目标,科学认真的完成本次毕业设计。

Abstract

This design is made of real estate co.LTD. Development and construction of stream is # 21, # 23 residential projects, six-story brick structure, a total construction area of 3485.52㎡.This graduation design is divided into two parts, one part for the calculation of quantities; the other part is the construction organization design. Calculation of quantity and each part choose according to your drawings of quantities calculation, include base of quantities, standard layer and roofing construction. This project USES a raft foundation, the basis of the construction machinery large excavation. Major of quantities include basic engineering, concrete engineering, reinforcing bar engineering, template engineering, doors and Windows engineering, roofing engineering, decoration engineering, etc. Construction organization design part, based on knowledge engineering general situation, main construction deployment, construction preparation, construction methods, quality management guarantee measures and period guarantee measures, safety guarantee measures, the environment, worker health and safety management measures, and completed delivery after use, pay a return visit work. Backward method, time limit for a project is used to determine the total time limit for a project, in determining the distribution of each construction process of the labor force, and machine usage, and construction crossing plotted on a graph. Another according to the construction plane layout principles, and in combination with the practical situation of buildings, draws the floor plan of construction site. In this design, we seriously do a good job in every part of this can be convenient for engineering a more comprehensive, more specific to the construction. Anyhow we to ensure the quality, convenient construction, easy to management as the goal, scientific and serious to complete the graduation design.
