教学设计：一、词汇教学实现教学内容的生活化创设情境进行单词教学。
教学时，设计先让学生听Baby song这首歌，通过歌曲给学生创造了轻松的学习氛围，激发学生的学习兴趣，激活与本课相关的旧知识，为新课的学习作了铺垫。
接着，用多媒体给学生展示一段动画A magic mirror，通过动画演示，学习新单词。
然后设计touch your...的游戏。
让学生通过触摸自己的身体部位复习本课重点单词，训练了学生的快速反应能力，在游戏中操练了新单词，为课文的学习作了铺垫。
二、句型教学创设各种情境让学生在有意义的情境中运用句型，比如自我介绍，猜猜他是谁，画怪物，编动物谜语等等。
在教学新句型时先复习I have...这个句型，教师说:I have two legs.再通过多媒体呈现木偶，白雪公主，小鸭子的图片，适时的引入He/she/it has...句型的教学。
该环节通过创设情景在复习巩固单词的同时操练了I have...He/she/it has...在学生学会了I have...He/ she has.这几个句型后，教师还设计了看图描述怪物的环节，学生在教师的指导下用学过的句型He/she has.描述怪物的特征，在复习身体各部位单词的基础上，侧重于用所学形容词描述身体各部位的特征。
比如:He has a big head.He has four big eyes.He has two long ears.这也体现了词不离句的教学原则。
