中职升高职考试及毕业证
中职升高职，哪些人可以参加考试?省教育厅公布了中职升高职招生工作实施办法.凡省内中等职业学校（包括：普通中专、职业高中、技工学校和招初中生的成人中专）应、往届毕业生，均可对口报考高等职业教育专科专业.但本科专业只招收应届毕业生。
中职升高职报名时间;一般考生报名时间为5月10日至14日。
应届毕业生由所在学校负责组织到市招考办集体报名，往届毕业生持毕业证书原件到户口所在市招考办报名。
报名地点和报名流程应届毕业生由学籍所在学校集体审核报名资格后，由所在学校组织考生参加集体报名；往届毕业生持省内中等职业学校毕业证、考生本人二代居民身份证和户口簿到户口所在区、县（市）招考办报名。
其中浑南新区、棋盘山旅游开发区户口的往届考生和两区域内学校的应届生在浑南（东陵）区招考办报名。
考生报名时，需当场签写《辽宁省2013年中等职业学校毕业生升学考试考生诚信高考承诺书》，填写报名信息表和进行电子摄像，并对区、县（市）招考办打印的报名信息表进行签字确认。
考生报名时须按规定缴纳报名考试费。
同时，领取《2013年职业技能考核加试证》，有关专业技能考核的事宜，考生可与填报的负责技能考核的相关院校联系。
中职升高职报考志愿：考生在报名的同时填报志愿。
志愿设置为本科和专科两个批次。
本科设一个第一志愿、一个第二志愿、一个服从志愿。
专科设两个顺序志愿（即第一志愿、第二志愿），三个参考志愿（参考志愿录取时不分先后顺序）。
报考志愿考生本人须确认签字。
考生要本着与所学专业相同或相近的原则填报志愿，填报的对口高职专业（包括本科专业）须与中职相关专业的专业综合课及其技能考核要点在同一栏目内，不许跨栏目交叉选择填报。
招生专业与考试科目（专业综合课、技能考核）有着严格的对应关系要求，考生填报志愿须严格遵循这种对应关系。
未按规定要求填报志愿的为无效志愿。
体检时间考生报名和填报志愿后，由所在学校或区、县（市）招考办通知参加统一体检的时间和地点。

2012年辽宁高考分数线划定2012年6月25日晚8时公布理工类略降文史类7年来最高今年我省理工类一批本科控制线为517分，比去年下降了3分；文史类一批本科控制线为563分，比去年提高28分。
26日，省招考办公布了我省2012年普通高等学校招生录取控制分数线。
与去年相比，今年我省高考理科本科三个批次的分数线都有所降低；而文史类三个批次分数线提高幅度很大，是自2006年文理分科考试以来的最高值，超过了2009年的559分，比去年提高了28分。
今年理工类二批本科分数线为445分，比去年下降7分；三批本科分数线为388分，比去年下降2分。
今年文史类二批本科分数线为506分，比去年提高31分；三批本科分数线为454分，比去年提高34分。
今年高职专科各批次分数线同样是理工类有所下降，文史类大幅提高。
理工类提前专科下降24分，专科（高职）下降3分；文史类提前专科提高25分，专科（高职）提高30分。
专家分析三个原因促文科分数线大涨辽宁省高考志愿填报专家姜海峰分析，今年理科批次线与往年相比，稳中略降，保持了相对的稳定；但文科批次分数线均全面提高，超过2009年的历史最高点。
事实上，分数线的高低变化是由多种因素决定的，其中有试题难易程度、考生临场发挥情况、志愿填报方式、评卷的尺度、招生计划的变化以及报考人数的变化等等。
分数线（批次线）是根据考生的真实分数和招生计划数来划定的，与考生志愿填报方式及估分情况无关。
今年理科批次线稳中略降，是因为试题难度和区分度要好于去年。
今年文科批次线呈现爆发性增长，创历史新高，有三个原因：一是试题难度和题型与去年相比变化不大，考生备考充分、比较适应；二是文科评卷尺度弹性较大，多数考生实际分数都比估分高10-15分左右。
虽然阅卷宽严尺度有别，但并不会对考生造成差别对待，因为高考评分的目的就是为了将考生分列在不同的位置，有利于高校的录取，这也是高考作为选拔性考试的性质决定的；三是今年文科的招生计划比去年下降很多，特别是一本和二本的招生计划下降幅度较大，而高考报名人数又没有明显减少，所以造成了分数线创历史新高。
