一.语法:一般过去时(be)
1. 在确定的过去时间里所发生的动作或存在的状态或表示在过去一段时间内,经常性或习惯性的动作,就必须用到一般过去时态的谓语动词来表示,时间状语有:yesterday, last week, an hour ago, the other day, in 1982等。
例如:Where did you go just now?/ When I was a child, I often played football in the street.
2. 一般过去时由动词的过去式表示,动词be有was, were两个过去式,was用于第一、三人称单数,were用于复数。
肯定句:主语+be动词的一般过去时(was/were)I was there.
否定句:在was/were后加not I was not there.
