1. 朱老师教学基本功扎实，语言清晰，表达准确。
教学态度真诚，教态自然大方，师生关系融洽。
课堂调控能力强。
2.导入部分老师通过播放一段关于白雪公主过生日的视频导入这课的学习，让学生猜盒子里的是什么礼物，从而导出这课很多关于礼物的新词，并及时的给予评价That’s too… That’s not…enough. 等。
通过猜测，尽量让学生自己口中吐出新语言，培养学生自主学习英语的'能力，激发学习兴趣。
同时在学生猜的时候，老师用形容词对礼物做评价并板书，最后学生猜不出的礼物老师幻灯显示，同时教授新词汇，并问学生如何看待这个礼物，立即创造条件让学生模仿句型并对这些礼物作出自己的评价。
3.教学目标比较明确，重点突出，思路也比较清晰。
这堂课紧紧围绕gifts话题来展开教学，问了学生the gifts do you know, the other gifts等，然后让学生通过对Gifts的评价引出这课的一些评价语与重点句型如：That’s tooexpensive. That’s not…enough 等。
通过脍炙人口的Chant 形式来巩固句型，激发了学生的兴趣和参与。
通过小组合作来使句子由短变长，形式新颖，学生全员参与，为接下来的活动中学生能有丰富的语言输出埋下伏笔。
值得商榷之处：这课的重点句型提建议的句型Why don’t you… 和 Why not…以及How about…. What about…，但是所花时间不多，操练不足，前面部分输入的不足导致后面部分不能很好的输出。

一、指导思想与理论依据
《中小学英语课程标准》指出：英语教学中应体现交际性，要结合学生的年龄特点和生活实际，创设交际情景，通过大量的语言实践，使学生获得综合运用英语和语言技能进行交际的能力。
针对初中英语新教材容量大的特点，为了使教学面向全体学生，依据Go for It
！教材的课程理念，采用课堂小组合作学习模式，充分发挥学生的创造性与积极性。
二、教材分析
本节课为本单元第一课时
主要是让学生理解和运用本课的重点单词和句型。
本单元的话题
Gift giving
学生都很熟悉，很容易激发学生们的学习兴趣。
要求学生结合生活实际，用所学的语言项目提出给他人送礼物的建议，并能对礼物提出评论。
新教材重视以人为本，学生的发展是英语课程的出发点和归宿。
根据学生实际情况，进行“教材分析”和“教材整合”，调整教学内容以符合学生的认知水平。

学情分析
笔者教学的对象是初二学生（以中等生为主），他们学习英语有较强的记忆力和模仿能力，有较强的求知欲和表现欲，但部分学生存在不自信，羞于表现等思想顾虑，但又希望能得到他人的肯定。
因此笔者在教学活动中尽量让这部分学生参与到活动中来，有更多的机会来说英语，减少他们的恐惧感；有一些学习困难生由于基础薄弱，缺少丰富的语言基础，对某些任务的完成有一定的难度，教师可采取小组奖励的办法，通过学生间的合作学习，促进小组成员之间的互帮互学，鼓励小组中的优秀成员主动帮助学习困难生，培养学生的团队意识。
提高他们综合运用语言的能力，让他们都能体验到成功的喜悦，使各层次的学生都有所收获。
四、教学目标
（1）语言知识目标：引导学生掌握本单元相关的词汇和句型
2）语言技能目标：能用所学的语言项目给对方提出建议和意见。
3）情感态度目标：了解送礼的礼仪，培养学生的爱心和感恩之心。

教师用多媒体播放一些精美的礼品的图片，提问

激发学生的想象，然后让学生用形容词表达自己的感受男女生比赛,看哪组学生说得多说得好。

使用多媒体课件导入直观、生动，能吸引学生的注意力，有助于激发他们的学习兴趣。
男女生比赛，可以激发他们的竞争意识。
Step 2. New Words Learning
呈现围巾、词典、花、日历、手表、数码相机、网球等图片，讲授新单词，训练学生的拼写能力。
将这些名词写在黑板的左边，为下面的句型操练做准备。
【设计说明】
此环节的设计目的有两个：一是让学生尽快进入学习状态，同时通过他们熟悉的内容引出新单词：二是通过单词学习活动，巩固了学生对单词的拼写。

教师用课件呈现以下对话：

教师用简短的语言小结，将重点句型板书。

由单词学习向句型操练过渡，同时可以训练学生的发散思维和创新意识。
小组合作学习可以培养学生的合作精神，比赛的方式可以使课堂充满和谐愉悦的气氛提高学习效率。

学生就以上问题展开讨论, 并通过会话或表演的形式进行反馈。

本活动属于深层思维训练，旨在通过辩论培养学生的思辨能力和运用英语表达的能力。
把课堂教学过程转化为学生主动参与教学的过程。

要求学生选出自己曾经收到的礼物中自己最喜欢的，写一篇小短文，介绍谁送你的，你何时收到的礼物，为何喜欢此礼物等。
【设计说明】
学生通过本节课的学习获得了语言储备，为语言的输出做好了铺垫。
此环节设计的目的是让学生在说的基础上，能够通过书面表达进一步巩固所学的内容。
同时让他们进一步加深对亲情和友情的理
解，培养学生的感恩之心。

笔者认为，本节课的成功之处有以下几点：
1.在教学过程中，笔者努力贯彻以学生为主体的教学新理念，注意调动学生的学习积极性和主动参与的热情，设计的活动符合学生的年龄特点，鼓励和引导学生积极发言。
力求使各个活动环环相扣，以符合学生的思维特点和认知水平。
2. 笔者创设了各种问题情境，吸引学生的注意力，营造宽松，愉悦的学习气氛。
在提建议这一环节，利用填表格，设置一些问题启发学生思考、讨论，有效地突破教学难点。
3. 师生、生生互动性强，活动形式多样化，有个人活动、同伴活动和小组活动。
对于学生完成任务的情况给予适当的反馈与评价。
本节课还有一些需要改进之处：
1.时间分配需要更合理。
由于引入和练习环节稍超出预设范围，为使教学时间不超时，后面。
