本句译为:如果你有500万美金,你会做什么?虚拟语气表示①一种愿望②与事实相反的一种假设。
如上句:“if you had a million dollars”(表示不可能发生的情况,与现在事实相反),在此虚拟语气中,从句用一般过去时(be用were),主句谓语部分用“would/ should/ could/ might +动词原形。
如本句:主句:would+动词原形从句一般过去时又如:If I were you, I would go with him 如果我是你,我就跟他一起去。
