962019年26期总第466期ENGLISH ON CAMPUS高中英语新课标理念下的学生自主学习能力培养策略文/江忠玉一、引言《普通高中英语课程标准》(2017年版)(以下简称《课标》)在教学实施建议中明确指出:教师要注意改进教学方式和方法,重视对学生学习策略的指导,帮助他们养成良好的学习习惯,发展自主学习能力(教育部,2018)。

目前,高中英语教师过于重视传授英语基础知识,而对学生自主学习能力的培养或关注不够,或缺乏培养策略。

本文基于高中英语新课标理念,阐述了在高中英语教学中培养学生自主学习能力的具体策略。

二、学生自主学习能力的培养策略1.落实课前预习作业,发展学生自主学习能力。

《课标》指出,学生学习能力的发展需要教师精心的指导和帮助。

在教学中,教师要有意识地给予指导。

例如,课前合理布置自学活动,课中组织合作学习与探究活动,课后布置适量的拓展性作业(教育部,2018)。

课前预习是培养和发展学生自主学习能力的重要环节。

在教学实践中,多数英语教师比较重视学生的课前预习,但布置预习作业没有明确的任务,且不注重作业的落实,造成课前预习效果不理想。

为提高课前预习效果,教师首先要明确预习作业的任务,其次要做好作业的展示和评价。

具体做法如下:(1) 明确课前预习作业的任务。

在布置课前预习作业时,教师要避免随意性,要给学生提出具体的任务,这是提高学生作业完成质量的前提。

下面以人教版《高中英语》模块八单元三阅读文章“The Problem of the Snakes”预习作业为例,介绍明确课前预习作业任务的具体做法。

本单元的话题是“发明者与发明”,单元的主阅读文章介绍了作者发明“捕蛇器”的五个步骤。

基于文本内容和结构特点,笔者就课前自主阅读作业设计了如下四个任务:任务1:仔细阅读文章,理解其大意。

任务2:把文章划分成若干部分,并把“Pre-reading”部分的五个科学发明的步骤与所划分的各个部分对应起来。

随着我国教育改革工作的持续推进,素质教育受到广泛关注,“核心素养”一词成了人们争相讨论的焦点。

高中英语学科核心素养包括语言能力、文化意识、思维品质和学习能力。

读后续写是对学生英语核心素养的全面考查,学生首先依靠学习能力理解所给文章的意思,然后根据前文所给的铺垫和伏笔,学生需要续写出符合逻辑的情节,学生需要把脑中的情节画面和人物的心理活动用纯正的英语表达出来。

近年来高考题型不断推陈出新,在这种形势下,高中英语教师需要在教学过程中不断创新和优化教学方法。

一、高中英语读后续写的重要性高中英语教学过程中,读后续写属于一种比较常用的教学手段,某种意义上能有效锻炼学生的短文阅读能力及写作能力,同时又能激起学生的英语学习意识,提高学生语言的运用能力。

通常读写后续可以分为两步,首先,学生在阅读文章时,要理解文章的结构和逻辑以及各个人物和情节的发展,这要求学生必须要具备较高的阅读能力和分析能力。

其次,学生要按照自己对内容的理解来续写文章,而此续写过程并非漫无目的、无拘无束地续写,是在学生对文章有一定程度的了解之后围绕中心意思模仿和创造语言,并根据所给两段的首句进行续写。

总的说来,读后续写就是从G到N 的发现过程(从已知信息Given到新信息New)。

学生对相关读后续写的要求有一定程度的了解之后,在阅读的过程中往往会有更加明确的阅读目的,并进一步认真阅读和理解文章主旨,将其提炼出来,在后期深入理解文章内涵的基础上,指导学生展开合理的联想,继而完成文章续写。
