基数词
语法概述
英语中表示数目或数量"多少"的词叫基数词。本模块简单介绍了基数词的形式与用法。
考向1 基数词的形式
1.1—12分别是独立的数词:one、two、three、four、five、six、seven、eight、nine、ten、eleven、twelve。
2.13—19以-teen结尾:thirteen、fourteen、fifteen、sixteen、seventeen、eighteen、nineteen。其中thirteen、fifteen、eighteen的拼写较为特别,要重点记忆。
3.20—90表示"几十"的整数,都以-ty结尾,其中twenty、thirty、forty、fifty、eighty的拼写较为特殊,要专门记忆。
4.21—99之间表示"几十几"的基数词要在十位与个位之间加连字符"-"。如twenty-nine(29)、ninety-eight(98)。
巧学妙记 基数词的构成基数词不难记,找出规律就容易。一至十二形各异,一个一个单独记。后加-teen变十几,thirteen, fifteen看仔细。十八需要看准确,eighteen只有一个t。二十至九十加-ty, twenty, eighty重点记。forty去掉字母u, thirty, fifty更出奇。
