Shaking in shivery winter, she has to sleep beside fireplace, warming herself by the dying fire, to get through the long night.（客厅，早餐，继母与两个姐姐围坐在桌子边上，灰姑娘上场，端上早餐）stepmother: Do the laundry and get on with your duties. Clean the floors right away. And, bring me my morning tea——I want my tea on the table when I get seated here every morning , don’t you understand?
