Dear friends,
We’re facing important exams and you may feel stressed and upset. This can affect your study even your health. I’d like to offer you some suggestions.
First of all, you could relax yourselves through listening to music or doing exercise. Then. you must have enough sleep even before the coming exams. Eight-hour sleep can keep your brain active. Besides, don’t be shy to ask parents or teachers for help. They’re more experienced and they will be ready to help you anytime. Or just turn to your friends and share
your feelings with them. In a word, communication can make you less stressed and more relaxed.
I hope that you can achieve success and stay healthy.
Sincerely,
Li Hua。
