March Research Activities Summary
In March, our middle school English teaching and research activities have been fruitful. Here is a brief summary of the key activities that took place during this month.
1. Theme-based Lesson Planning Workshop
To enhance the quality of our English teaching, a
theme-based lesson planning workshop was organized for all English teachers. During the workshop, teachers were divided into groups to collaboratively design theme-based lessons that integrated language skills, culture, and practical activities. The workshop aimed to help teachers develop more engaging and comprehensive lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
2. Classroom Observation and Feedback
As part of our ongoing professional development, teachers participated in classroom observation sessions. Each teacher had the opportunity to observe their colleagues' teaching practices and provide constructive feedback. This interactive process allowed teachers to reflect on their own teaching methods and
incorporate new strategies to improve student learning outcomes.
3. Peer Learning Circles
To promote collaboration and sharing of best practices, peer learning circles were established among English teachers.
