六、检验与索赔 Insection and Claim:
如货物到达目的地后发现质量问题，买方有权在货到后XX天内提出索赔。

If any quality issues are found after the goods arrive at the destination, the uyer shall have the right to claim within XX days after arrival.
七、不可抗力 Force Majeure:
因战争、火灾、洪水、地震或其他不可抗力导致不能履行合同，受影响一方应立即通知对方并提供证明。

In case of war, fire, flood, earthquake or other Force Majeure causes reventing the fulfillment of the contract, the affected arty shall immediately notify the other arty and rovide evidence.
八、争议解决 Disute Resolution:
任何由于本合同或与本合同有关的争议，应首先通过友好协商解决；协商不成时，提交至[指定仲裁机构]进行仲裁。

Any disute arising from or in connection with this Contract shall e settled through friendly negotiation; should negotiation fail, it shall e sumitted to [secified aritration institution] for aritration.
九、法律适用 Governing Law:
