新概念英语青少版四年级(Starter B)Unit 12 Lesson 1Hi de behind the bush教学设计
一、设计意图:
根据国家《英语课程标准》一级目标的要求,四年级的英语教学主要以激发学生学习英语的兴趣,培养学生英语学习的积极态度为主,使学生建立初步的学习英语的自信心,培养一定的语感和良好的语音、语调基础,使学生形成初步用英语进行简单日常交流的能力,为进一步学习打下基础。

在整个教学设计过程中,以培养优秀驯养员为主线,引导学生通过教师设计听、说、读、写的教学活动,在评选“最佳驯养员”的任务过程中,学习语言、运用语言,发展综合语言运用能力,达到“学以致用”的目的。

二、教材分析:
根据《英语课程标准》一级目标的内容,要求学生能在图片和动作的提示下听懂本课的小故事并作出适当的反应;能根据老师的指令做事情,如涂颜色、画图、做动作等;能根据课文录音,模仿语音语调,并做简单的角色表演。

本课内容继续围绕主人公Robert、Flora和他们的宠物之间的故事展开。

本课作为十二单元的第一课,主要内容为动词短语和祈使句的学习,并为本单元第二、三课的学习做铺垫。

三、学情分析:
新概念英语青少版以三年级为起点,四年级学生在经过一年的英语学习之后,学生已经学习了一些关于食物、物品的单词以及方位介词,如:bone, hambur ger, sausage, bed, ball, in, on, under …等。

本课则要求学生能够用eat, drink, catch等动词加上名词或者短语,使之成为祈使句。

对于第一次接触动祈使句学习的学生来说,具有一定的难度。

四年级的学生对英语有好奇心,喜欢听他人说英语。

能根据教师的简单指令做游戏、做动作、做事情(如涂颜色、连线)。

因此,教师通过巧妙的设计,将学习内容与学生喜欢的宠物联系到一起,有趣、真实、贴近生活,充分激发学生的学习兴趣。

四、教学目标:
1.语言知识目标:
(1)学生能听懂,会说,能认读单词:biscuit, bush, catch, drink, eat, hide, jump, run, water;(2)学生能听懂,会说,能认读句子:Sit down! Stand up! Eat your biscuit! Drink your water! H ide behind the bush! ;
(3)学生能够听懂,会说,以较好的语音语调朗读课文对话;
(4) 语法项目:学生能初步感知祈使句。

2. 语言技能目标:
(1)学生能够运用所学的词汇和句型做简单的指令;
(2)学生能够运用所学的词汇和句型训练宠物。

3. 学习策略目标:
(1)通过大量的TPR活动,培养学生建立肢体语言与所学语言之间的联系;
(2)培养学生小组合作、交流以及运用句型的能力;
(3)让学生能借助图片、动作和文字听懂、读懂单词,课文;
(4)培养学生分析归纳、总结推理、发现语法规律的能力。

4. 情感态度目标:
(1)引导学生树立爱护小动物的意识;
(2)培养学生学习英语的兴趣,增加学生学习英语的自信心。

五、重点难点:
1.教学重点:
(1)词汇:动词catch, hide, jump, eat, drink的读音及意思;
(2)语法项目:祈使句在交际中的运用。

2.教学难点:
(1)学生能用所学动词加上不同的名词来表达不同的意思,如Eat your bone! Eat your sau sage!等;
(2)学生能够在语言学习的过程中,体会、归纳总结出语法点;
(3)学生能够在真实活动中运用本课所学的知识,能够驯养动物或者发出简单的指令。

六、教学过程:
Ⅰ.Pre-task activities
Step 1: Sing a song.
Hokey Pokey.
(歌词:
You put your right hand in, you put your right hand out.
You put your right hand in and you shake it all about.
You do the hockey pokey and you turn yourself around.

Step 2: Free-talk.
Ⅱ.While-task activities
Step 1: Lead in and task giving.
T: The penguins are so smart, they can put their hands i n and put their hands out. Do you like them? Do you lik e animals? Do you have a pet? What can it do?

Task: Select the best pet trainer and the smartest pet.
Step 2: Learn the text.
(1) Look at the pictures and answer the questions.
T: Who are they? ——Robert, Flora, Dan, Kim
T: What can you see in the park? ——bush, biscuit
Bomb game. (catch, jump, run, bush, biscuit)
(2) Watch the video and answer the questions.
T: Are they good dogs or bad dogs? ——Bad dogs. They stole the biscuit s and hide behind the bush.
(3) Listen and underline.
T: Flora and Robert want them to be good dogs. So they tr ain them. They give them instructions. What instructions d
o they give? Open your book, listen and underline the instru ctions.——Stand up! Sit down! Drink your water! Eat your biscuit! Jump! Run! Catch! Step 3: Practice new words and sentences.
(1) Listen and do.

(3) Donation and bankrupt.
(4) Pass the card.
(5) Conclusion.——这些句子都是以动词原形开头,再加上一个感叹号,我们称这样的句子为祈使句。

表示命令和祈求的口气。
