The Seller guarantees that the Property has no ownership disputes, and if there is any concealment, the Seller shall bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom.
The Buyer has inspected the Property in person before signing this Agreement and is satisfied with the actual condition of the Property.
Article 12: Effectiveness of the Contract
