he CES 2024 (International C onsu mer Elec t ron ic s Show) was held this January in Las Vegas, USA. Newegg

Commerce, Inc., a global well-known e-commerce platform for science and technology companies, officially collaborated with TikTok to report at the CES 2024 and introduced new representative products from high-quality Chinese tech brands to both on-site visitors and online followers via TikTok’s live streaming service, helping these tech products attract a lot of fans.

“At CES 2024 there were more than 4,300 exhibitors from all over the world, including about 1,100 Chinese enterprises, ref lecting the importance of Chinese companies in the global technology landscape. Technological products, which are a cornerstone of Newegg’s business, are one of the key product types in China’s manufacturing industry,” said Anthony Chow, CEO of Newegg Commerce, in an exclusive recent interview.

“CES showed us a new trend in the consumer electronics market which is driven by diverse technologies and innovations. Consumer electronics products are constantly applying new technological innovations to meet the demand for more diversif ied usage scenarios,” Chow said.

As the technologies of social e-commerce, big model AI and so on are continuously evolving, Newegg Commerce is actively introducing AI and natural language processing t e c h n o l o g y i n t o c r o s s-b o r d e r e-commerce.

It was reported that in 2023, Newegg Commerce, with the aim of improving the user experience, integrated ChatGPT/NLP technology into its PC Builder, to carry out demand analysis and keyword extraction based on user text input, and then recommend customized hardware configurations. online shopping function, which uses

generative AI to sum up customer

and disadvantages of products and

simplify the decision-making process,

while helping consumers and sellers

eff iciently remain informed the

market feedback. In addition, it also

created Vivi (VTuber), an AI anchor

which will allow Newegg to interact

with consumers digitally, as well as

developing an intelligent tool of AI

Listing, which can automatically

generate descriptions, selling points,

advantages, and SEO (search engine

optimization) key words based on

product features, saving time and

increasing both sales and online

exposure.

“By taking full advantage of AI

and natural language processing

technology, we are improving the user
