2. Bolognese Sauce:
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until cooked through. Remove any excess fat.
Add the onion, garlic, carrot, and celery to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are soft.
Stir in the crushed tomatoes, red wine, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and nutmeg. Simmer the sauce for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Béchamel Sauce:
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Whisk in the flour to create a roux. Cook for a few minutes until the mixture turns golden brown.
Slowly pour in the milk while whisking constantly to avoid lumps. Cook until the sauce thickens.
4. Assembling the Lasagna:
