【摘要】Objective To compare and analyze analgesia effect of dezocine and fentanyl in anesthesia of fibro-bronchoscope examination.Methods 268 patients who received fibro-bronchoscope examination from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected and they were allocated to the control group and the observation group according to random digital group method. The control group was received anesthesia by fentanyl while the observation group was received anesthesia by dezocine.Basic vital signs of patients were observed. Anesthetic effect,restlessness appearance during consciousness,recovery time and adverse reactions of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Recovery time of patients in the control group was (10.6±2.7)min,significantly longer than that of patients in the observation group (5.8±1.5)min (P<0.05).Adverse reaction rate of the control group was 9.7%,significantly bigger than that of the observation group 1.5% (P<0.05).Analgesia score after 1 hour and 6 hours of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group
(P<0.05).Conclusion In anesthesia of Fibro-bronchoscope examination,dezocine not only has better analgesia effect,but also has longer maintaining time.It has higher safety and comfortableness, worthy
of clinical promotion and application.%目的：对比分析地佐辛及芬太尼在纤维支气管镜检查麻醉中的镇痛效果。

方法我院于2012年1月～2014年1月收治的268例接受纤维支气管镜检查患者，依据于随机数字分组方法，分为对照组和观察组，对照组采取芬太尼进行麻醉，观察组患者实施地佐辛进行麻醉，观察患者基础生命体征情况，对两组的麻醉效果、清醒时躁动出现情况、清醒时间以及不良反应发生情况进行对比和分析。

结果对照组患者清醒时间（10.6±2.7）min明显大于观察组患者的清醒时间（5.8±1.5）min，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。

对照组不良反应发生率9.7%明显大于观察组患者的1.5%，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。

观察组患者1h和6h后的镇痛评分大于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。

结论纤维支气管镜检查麻醉中地佐辛不仅仅有着较好的镇痛效果，同时也有着较旧的维持时间，安全性舒适性较高，值得临床推广应用。
