来曲唑促排卵治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床观察

【摘要】目的：观察来曲唑促排卵治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床效果。

方法：选择2014年1月—2015年5月信丰县人民医院门诊收治的80例多囊卵巢综合
征并不孕患者，随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。

对照组给予氯米芬治疗，观察组给予来曲唑治疗，均在月经第5天开始服用，在月经第10天开始监测卵泡发育情况及子宫内膜厚度。

结果：观察组的40例患者中有35例周期排卵，排卵率为87.5%，有13例妊娠，妊娠率为37.5%；对照组40例患者中，有29例周期排卵，排卵率为72.5%，有8例妊娠，妊娠率为20%。

两组患者的排卵率和妊娠率有明显差异。

结论：来曲唑促排卵治疗PCOS临床效果明显优于氯米芬，值得临
床推广。

%Objective: To observe the effect of letrozole to stimulate ovulation for the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).Methods: 80 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and infertility Between January 2014 and May 2014, in xinfeng county people's hospital outpatient, were randomly divided into observation group and control group (n = 40). Treatment group and control group were given letrozole and chlorine treatment respectively. The drugs were given in the fifth day of menstruation, and monitoring follicle development situation and endometrial thickness at the tenth day in the menstrual cycle.Results: 35 cases in observation group with cycle ovulation, the ovulation rate was
87.5%, there are 13 cases of pregnancy, the pregnancy rate was 37.5%; 29 cases in control group with cycle ovulation, the ovulation rate was 72.5%. There are 8 cases of pregnancy, the pregnancy rate was 20%. Two groups of patients with ovulation rate and pregnancy rate have obvious difference. Letrozole stimulate ovulation treatment PCOS.Conclusion: Clinical effect of letrozole is better than chlorine meters, thus it is worth clinical promotion.【总页数】2页(P29-30)
