This Car Rental Agreement （the ＂Agreement"） is made and entered into on this date day of month, year, by and between the following parties: The Lessor: Lessor's Name

1、 Rental Vehicle
The Lessor agrees to rent to the Lessee the following vehicle （the ＂Vehicle"）：

Model: Model of the Vehicle
Year: Year of the Vehicle
VIN: Vehicle Identification Number
Color: Color of the Vehicle
2、 Rental Period
The rental period commences on start date and ends on end date The Lessee agrees to return the Vehicle to the Lessor by the end of the rental period
3、 Rental Fee
The Lessee agrees to pay a rental fee of ＄amount per time period （eg，day, week, month) The total rental fee for the entire rental period is ＄total amount Payment shall be made in the following manner: payment method and schedule
4、 Deposit
The Lessee shall pay a deposit of ＄deposit amount at the time of renting the Vehicle The deposit will be refunded to the Lessee within refund period after the Vehicle is returned in good condition, subject to deductions for any damages, fines, or outstanding charges
5、 Use of the Vehicle
The Lessee agrees to use the Vehicle only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations The Vehicle shall not be used for racing, offroad driving, or any other illegal or dangerous activities
6、 Maintenance and Repairs
The Lessee is responsible for the normal maintenance of the Vehicle during the rental period, including but not limited to checking the oil, coolant, and tire pressure In the event of a breakdown or mechanical failure,
the Lessee shall immediately notify the Lessor and follow the Lessor's instructions Any repairs or maintenance required due to the Lessee's negligence or misuse of the Vehicle shall be the responsibility of the Lessee
7、 Insurance
The Lessor shall maintain insurance coverage on the Vehicle as required by law However, the Lessee is responsible for any deductible or copayment amounts in the event of an accident or damage to the Vehicle The Lessee is advised to obtain additional insurance coverage at their own expense if desired
8、 Accidents and Damages
In the event of an accident or damage to the Vehicle, the Lessee shall immediately notify the Lessor and the appropriate authorities （such as the police) The Lessee shall cooperate fully with the Lessor and the insurance company in the investigation and settlement of any claims
9、 Fuel
The Vehicle will be provided with a full tank of fuel at the time of rental The Lessee is responsible for refueling the Vehicle during the rental period and returning it with a full tank If the Vehicle is returned with less than a full tank, the Lessee shall be charged for the cost of refueling plus an additional service fee
10、 Return of the Vehicle
The Lessee agrees to return the Vehicle to the Lessor at the agreedupon location and time in the same condition as it was received, except for normal
wear and tear The Vehicle shall be clean and free of any personal belongings or debris If the Vehicle is returned late, the Lessee shall be charged an additional fee as specified in the Agreement
11、 Penalties and Fees
The Lessee shall be liable for any penalties, fines, or charges incurred during the rental period, including but not limited to traffic violations, parking tickets, and tolls
12、 Termination of the Agreement
The Lessor may terminate this Agreement at any time if the Lessee breaches any of the terms and conditions herein In such an event, the Lessee shall immediately return the Vehicle and shall be responsible for all outstanding rental fees and damages
13、 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of jurisdiction Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of jurisdiction
14、 Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements
