My Weekend in Past Tense
Last weekend, I had a great time full of fun activities and relaxation. On Saturday morning, I woke up early and went for a run in the park. It was a beautiful day with clear blue skies and the fresh air was invigorating. After my run, I headed home and had a delicious breakfast of eggs and toast.
In the afternoon, I met up with some friends at a café downtown. We chatted and caught up on each other's lives while sipping on coffee. It was a lovely way to spend the afternoon.
Later in the evening, I went to a movie with my family. We watched a comedy that had us all laughing out loud. It was a great way to unwind after a busy day.
On Sunday, I decided to have a lazy day at home. I spent the morning reading a book in bed and sipping on tea. In the afternoon, I watched some TV shows and snuggled up on the couch with a blanket.
For dinner, I cooked a delicious meal of spaghetti bolognese. It was the perfect comfort food for a relaxing Sunday evening.
