Unit 5 Look at me(第一课时Story time)第二议Step1. Before the story
1.Warm up
T: Good morning/afternoon, class.
Ss: Good morning/afternoon .Miss Zhou.
T: Let’s play a game. Who are you?(讲解此句话的意思)
Ss: Look at me! I am...
(讲解Look at me. )
2.Play games
(1)Pink and say
游戏规则:教师播放pp内容是学生图片,学生看到自己的图片起立然后再让学生用Look at me.I am...来回答。

T: You did a good job. Now let’s play a game.
T:I have a some picture of you.
教师出示great,并出示中文意思:棒极了
(从这一环节开始,让学生习惯用英语表扬或者赞美别人。


(2) Look at me! I’m ...
T:You are great. Now let’s look at other students.
教师出示图片,学生介绍自己。

T:You can see this sentence structure :Look at….
教师出示Look at…,并教授(出示中文意思)
at /æt/ 教授a 的发音,为后面cap学习做好铺垫
eg: pencil my pencil This is my pencil. Look at my pencil.
其他学生回答:Hey, hey, great!
顺势引出课题Look at me !
T:let us learn some words like a T-shirt, a skirt ,a cap, a jacket .
PPT出示单词a T-shirt和图片,并教授。

T:Can you tell me how to read it?
学生学过这个单词,但是作为本单元的重点还是要重点讲。

教授单词和图片 a skirt.出示ir,教授组合发音/ə:/
T:‘ir’is pronounced /ə:/.跟读:ir /ə:/ T-shirt
(出示skirt)T:Can you try?
Step2. While the story
1.整体理解
(1)T:listen to the tape.
T: What does Yang Ling say? Listen and answer.
S:Look at my T-shirt. Look at my skirt. Look at my cap.
(2)T: Yang Ling shows her clothes to Mum . What does Mum say ?
T: How to praise(赞扬)?
It’s nice./ How nice, /Great!/It’s great.
教师同时出示四句句子,T: Can you read it?
让学生先想想怎么怎么读,自己选会读的句子,做小老师。

eg: I can read ‘It’s nice’.
等学生说完,教师再教授,并出示中文
T:Role play
A:Look at my…
B:It’s nice./ How nice, /Great!/It’s great.
邀请学生上台前对话
T: who want to have a try?
T: How do we give praise.
S: great! It is nice. How nice.(用本节课知识点夸奖学生)
Step3. After the story
Summary
1.T : You all did very well . We’ve learnt names of different clothes.What are they? Ss :answer.
2.学生总结单词并说出中文。

T- shirt skirt cap jacket
3.T:We’ve learnt some sentences structures.What are they?
S: It’s nice. How nice. It’s great. Great.
4.讲解贫困地区学生的生活状态,让学生把不穿的衣服捐赠出去。

Step 4. Homework
1.听读故事,熟读故事。

2.Find the other names of the clothes。

3.Try to recite Story time。

引出本节课内容-clothes
T: Let’s play a game. Who are you?(讲解此句话的意思)
Ss: Look at me! I am...
(讲解Look at me. )
2.Play games
(1)Pink and say
