Unit 3 What’s your favourite sport?
【教材分析】
Unit 3主要是围绕“What's your favourite sport?”句型进行教学,让学生学会用英语表达自己最喜欢的运动。

一、教学目标:
●Knowledge objective
理解Words: basketball, football, swimming, table tennis, sport, let, us, let’s=let us play, after, school, idea在文中的意思,能正确的翻译。

Expressions: 1.—What's your favourite sport, Daming?
—Football!
2.—Let's play football after school.
—OK. Good idea!

能运用所学句型, 彼此互相问答。

发现中西运动的差异。

Step 1 Review
1. Let’s listen to an English song and sing.

What’s the weather like in spring?” It’s warm.
What’s the weather like in autumn?” It’s cool.

Introduce the new words:

Step 3 New words
1. 朗读单词Words: basketball, football, swimming, table tennis, sport, let, us,
let’s=let us play, after, school, idea注意单词中每个音节的发音和字母组合。

培养学生自主学习词汇的习惯,促使学生迅速进入学习状态。

4.Ask some students to role-play the dialogue in front of the class.

1.Number the sentences[1-5].
2.Play the recording and ask the students to check their answers.
3.Check the answers.
Step Consolidation-7 Write
1.Read the words in the box in Activity 5. 2.Complete the table.
3.Check the answers.
Step 8 Consolidation-Pair Work
Work in pairs and do the Activity 6.
