王山底村位于沙河子镇东12公里处，全村辖11个村民小组，553户，1948人。

王山底村处在雄伟的王山脚下，紧挨美丽的王山底村水库，王山沟河穿村而过，山坡上植被覆盖率达95%，水资源、动植物资源丰富，气候宜人，四季分明，环境优美。

近年来，王山底村坚持以社会主义新农村建设为目标，以打造美丽乡村为抓手，积极实施了陕南移民搬迁工程、环境卫生综合整治、通村水泥路拓宽改造工程、绿化、亮化工程以及河道清淤、水土保持、生态农业等重点项目建设，带动了农村经济的快速发展。
