亚泰建筑、亚泰装饰项目管理评分标准不采用上述标准,具体方法为:
1、项目企业评分
(1)集团公司所属项目企业依据《施工单位评价评分办法》对亚泰建筑和亚泰装饰项目管理分别评分,评价时限为2011年7月至2012年6月;
(2)集团公司总工办根据项目企业评分计算“项目企业评分平均值”。

2、集团公司总工办评分
评分主要内容为工程资料及结算资料:
(1)项目竣工资料整理提报及时,得1分;
(2)项目竣工资料内容齐全,得3分;
(3)项目工程结算提报值与审定值偏差控制在5%之内得6分,偏差在5%至10%之间得4分,偏差在10%至20%之间得2分,偏差在20%以上得0分。

3、评分计算方法
最终得分=(项目企业评分平均值×0.9+集团公司总工办评分)×0.7+地产投资公司评分×0.3
